I ordered the wrong item at first customer service was great and refunded me right away. I then reordered the correct size caricatures. Customer service was great! And I absolutely love the items I ordered and my family is going to fall in love with them as well! I would definitely reorder from this company again!!

I don't like the new square magnet as much as I did the strip at the top of the tile. When you bump the picture it gets off centered more easily now. But the square does allow you to move the picture around a little easier if you need to adjust it by a few centimeters.

We’re sorry for the extra wait on your magnet, Abby! 😔 It looks like it’s already on its way, and we hope you’ll have everything you need to get your display up soon. Thanks for giving us the chance to make things right! 🫶
My wife and I are very happy with the finished product. The colors are great and the frames complete the pictures.

My picture arrived warped. It will not lay flush against the wall on both sides. Left side is horrible. Right side is perfect. This may very well be the worst product I’ve received from Mixtiles. I’m so disappointed.
