From the first interaction with their customer service, I felt reassured that I was in good hands. They scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which was impressive. The technician, Sarah, arrived on time and was incredibly professional. She took the time to explain what was causing the blockage and walked me through her plan to fix it. I appreciated her attention to detail and her willingness to answer all my questions. After a thorough cleaning of the pipes, my kitchen sink drains like new! I’m thrilled with the results and the whole experience.

Placed 3 fraudulent monthly direct debits on my 87 year old mum's bank account for £60 a month - luckily we got the money back as they were fraudulent transactions. Do not trust them.

Installed my boiler in 2014 and came by for yearly maintenance inspection (to keep up the warranty) for the next 7 years. Then this year (2023) I switched to do the yearly check through my leasing company, and they showed up and broke the boiler. And they didn't want to come back to fix it because they drove into London from over 2 hours away. Going to stick with MJC from now on.

My elderly dad recieved a letter off them with a direct debit instruction. My dad has never had any contact with this company. Luckily my dad phoned me about it and was able to make sure no money was taken out of his account.

They have scammed my elderly mother who has dementia. Now trying to sort it out. Why do these things keep happening when everything I have provide passwords and log in etc etc I'm told it's for security. My mother has lost 1000 pounds due to these cold callers.

A cold call. The caller was very bullying, refused to listen to anything I said, wouldn't believe me when I said boiler is still under guarantee. Could not, or would not, answer my questions. I was left feeling very angry. Her manner made me wonder whether this was a scam call.

They persuaded my Mother who has dementia to set up a direct debit for £250, disgusting way to go about things, trying to get it sorted now but you try and talk to someone who can change this, the bank has to block..

They will rip you off and bully you into whatever they want to make you pay for.

Awful company. just trust me on this one and go with ANYONE else!

They installed a Hive unit with thermostat for me. The technician was good, clean and courteous. I have no issue with the quality of the work performed.
However the invoicing process afterwards and dealing with the back office was a nightmare. It was unclear what the labour and parts costs were (clarified after several emails) but they never explained why the parts costs (Hive unit) was apparently 115£ more expensive than the list price from the original manufacturer. How a unit for 179£ can cost them apparently 294£ (gross) which they then invoiced me remains a mystery.
I would advice to ensure any quote is fixed and detailed before engaging them.

Use them for a few small jobs. Always on time and get the job done without fuss.

Used these guys for 4 years now, never an issue. They are on time, clean, respectful and send invoices right after the job is done (not a month later).
I hope they keep up thegood work and decent pricing.
