Just purchased my 4th car from mjm the cars in stock are always high quality top spac cars and the customer service and attention to detail is also next level.
Will continue to buy future cars from mjm as i know the service and cars are of the highest standard

Pulled number plate off boot they have Drilled holes in boot lid for mounting number plate rung to get sorted basically to so what this is unacceptable. They said they did not do it but plates say different. so the pictures I have say different they drilled the holes no doubt about it any reputable company would try to sort any issue but when I rung I was met with a discusting attitude and what do you want me to do about it the holes are rusty.

popped in with my part ex,agreed a fair price,bought a stunning bmw 135i,done the deal in a few days,collected the bmw all shiny and ready to go.no fuss no drama,smooth easy purchase,good old fashioned fantastic customer service 10/10..

Faultless service from initial inquiry, from a genuinely honest car dealer. Ged was very straightforward and couldn’t be more helpful if he tried, the car was prepared to a very high standard.

These guys are superb and absolute no pressure sales . Bought a bmw one series and it is perfect . Some very minor issues after a while and no hesitation in fixing for me . I will def only go here from now on . Dean

Visited today with my partner in the hope of purchasing a new car for myself, the perfect one came up so waited for my day off to go and have a look. Turned up and had a look around outside before going inside where that specific car was located. Wasnt approached or spoken to unless we asked questions first, not even welcomed. Got talking eventually about insurance rises ect to be told “yes I’d look at cars you would be actually be able to afford” excuse me? Not one mention of money had been spoken about. I then asked about looking at one of the cars outside and if I could look inside ect and be shown around it, to be told “no they are locked you can look at the poster in the window or online if you want to know anything”. Not really sure what the problem was and why it was prejudged that I couldn’t “afford” anything on their forecourt. Customer service was shocking so I’ll be going elsewhere and continuing the search for the perfect car. I honestly wouldn’t recommend going there now which is a shame as I would have purchased given the chance.

I found this garage on Google there customer service was excellent,it was a stress free purchase. I was looking for a small, low mileage and economical car and saw that MJM had really good reviews. They certainly lived up to them! I was able to take a really lovely condition Fiat 500 Lounge for a test drive which they had recently acquired and ended up buying it. I'm really pleased with my purchase and the friendly, helpful and no-nonsense attitude of all at MJM. I feel the car was a fair price for its' condition which was immaculate, all paperwork was provided and they helped me tax it before I took it away. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Previously purchased a car from MJM had great customer service and not pressured in to buying it. So when I found they had a car in I was looking for I bought it from MJM the service is still the same non pressured and friendly approach. Overall great customer service.
