I wanted to get in touch as we still…

I wanted to get in touch as we still have no response from yourselves regarding our booking for today at 1pm! Myself and my partner have tried getting in touch and still had nothing. This is unprofessional and not a way to treat paying customers for services that you offer! Not only have we had no response but cancelling our calls when we tried to see what was going on.

I’m not looking for a response, but maybe don’t advertise the company if you don’t wish to proceed with bookings.

Great price, job and service!

Stuart from MK Carpet Cleaning managed to book us in last minute for a living room carpet clean. Friendly professional service from start to finish. The stains we had we didn’t think were going to lift, but we were happy for the carpet to just be clean. Stuart not only managed to lift the stains but he has our living room carpet looking like new! Great price too and got along well with our dog haha! :) Would definitely use him again. Thank you so much!
