Did get a full refund and apology though.

Had 2 Keyrings so far from Mike @ MKD Studios, customer service is nothing short of excellent, quality of the keyrings is perfect, had a special one done in memory of my dad & i can honestly say i wouldnt of trusted anyone else to do it for me! Marella luggage tags with names
I ordered 2 named Marella luggage tags. They arrived today. They are even better than what i thought they would be. They're solid, and a good strong piece of acrylic to attach them to our suitcases. Would definitely recommend this place.
