Used this company to buy a purse and…

Used this company to buy a purse and tried to put in the discount code at checkout, instead it immediately ran the order through at full price. No chance to review order or anything. Tried to cancel in the confirmation email and nothing and no way to get in touch with them either. You can call but they want you to leave voice mail and they redirect you to email their support. I’ll have to use my bank to cancel the order as they are not responding, 3 days now.

Tried to cancel my order immediately made as it was USA I’m uk, ignored till it was despatched to a USA shipping company, had pay a fortune to ship it, told I could return it. Now told I can’t plus do t like the goods cheap
