Unauthorised advertising
Misleading agency! Tenants and landlords be aware this agent advertises properties not authorised by landlords!
I am a landlord and I was contacted by the executive director Pierre to ask me if I was interested in their services. I was sent a contract which I never signed.
In the meantime they were advertising my flat without my permission for at least 2 weeks, I only found out as I casually went on Zoopla!

Great communication
Pierre have been very prompt in all the communications and help sourcing the tenant. Also dealing with various hiccups along the way keeping both tenant and landlord in the loop. Very happy with the letting service. Would definitely be happy to recommend to other landlords.
