Touch of class
John made the whole process of designing kitchen, pantry, hallway storage unit and all wardrobes so smooth. He gave me ideas I hadn’t even thought of to help make our kitchen and other areas function well. We dealt with him on many occasions over the process (years) of our build as we decided to add more from MLK designs. Nothing was ever an issue, all our suggestions and wishes were considered and made work. We have finally moved in last week and we are so in love with the outcomes from MLK!

Very easy to make an appointment with…
Very easy to make an appointment with the kitchen designer. We worked with Brian in Roscommon. 100% service. He knew what we wanted even before we did. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and inclusive. Would give Brian 150% based on his vision and understanding of us as his customer. Brian was patient and listened and took everything we said and turned that into the amazing kitchen we now have. The Roscommon showroom was great with all the different styles and features.

Our Kitchen Fitter was excellent. Very Neat and had a good attention to detail. Very approachable and nice to deal with. Overall, we are happy with our actual kitchen.
Sales and after sales extremely disappointing. Communication between Sales and fitter caused some confusion. Few small issues that still not addressed. I emailed and just got a response saying it was probably another trade working on house that did that.
Me and my sister have over 60k given to MLK and both really feel as soon as they got paid they just don't care about you.
MLK are great at marketing and have lovely show rooms but I wish we shopped around more as I know there are plenty of other options that are as competitive and to the same standard.

Time wise sufficient notice of red flag issues, in order that, they can be remediated before installation deadlines.
In general our experience with installing
our Lohan kitchen in the Autumn of 2024
was a very positive one. The design consultations, were efficient, on point, enjoyable and listened to the client’s bespoke requests, for example, made to
measure corner press enclosure, for a gas
boiler, needing walk in access for servicing.
Also for bespoke butcher block dining
peninsula, curved and at two levels.
Installation was on time, efficient, with continuity and took great care with existing
fittings. Contracts with white goods, worktops, supply of plumbing resources,
was facilitated by Lohan’s with other companies, as was a recommendation to uninstall the old kitchen. Any snags were dealt with efficiently and without stress.
We highly recommend Mark Lohan Kitchens
and they are also installing, for other members of our family.
