Bid for the first time with M&M on Friday 31st July. Very easy experience and received invoice following Monday and paid seamlessly over phone.Items packed extremely well on Tuesday and delivered on time on Wednesday. Now what can be better than that? I recently purchased several items in a recent auction at M&M's in Spalding.
From my initial email contact I was pleased with how quickly I received a response and found the M&M's Team to be very helpful and friendly.
I live quite a distance away so I requested that the items be shipped to me. I was a little apprehensive as the items I bought were quite fragile and this my first dealings with the auction house. I needn't have worried as everything was extremely well looked after and carefully packaged.
Parcel costs were very reasonable and arrived in just a few days.
I look forward to doing business with them again in the near future.

Impressed by everything about them
Bidding online I won a lot at one of their auctions, and was impressed, by their efficient bidding system, the accuracy of their description of the lot, and their helpfulness during the corona virus crisis in making sure that it got to me. If they had something else I wanted to buy in one of their auctions, I would have no hesitation in bidding on it.
