Before purchasing the product, I chatted with their WhatsApp number and asked them which Office versions suitable for MAC available, and I picked 2021 Professional Plus. I didn't really go through all their conditions and believed that they were going to deliver 2021 with the product key (That is what I did for my old MAC), believing in their product image. When they delivered, it was a download link in their email to activate the product. Importantly, the cheating was that the product they gave me was the 2018 Office version. When I asked them about this, they started with You should have read all the details, blah blah, and when I asked why they sent the 2018 download link, there was no response from them thereafter. So, my advice to anyone who is after their products: please make sure you read through every bit of information (they are smart to make it unnoticeable)and check what you are getting delivered. I purchased photoshop 2021 from mm3. Download was easy. Clear instructions. There was a handy utility for removing old versions. Adobe sign up and login was successful. Seems to be working. Don't know abut updates and so on ... I'm happy. Good deal. I'd buy more from these guys.

Customer Support is excellent. So even if something goes wrong (in my case there was a disconnect between the instructions that were given for the installation and the actual process that was required, due to a very recent change by Microsoft in the last few days), then - because of the personal relationship which is immediately established between you and your Mm3digital support person (*Bastian* supported me and he was super supportive and knowledgeable) - resolution is guaranteed to be fast. In my case the issue was resolved on the same day.

Everything went without problems. Even I had a difficulty after my mistake the support was excellent. Of course I will use again the same company for other products.

The key doesn't work good. Sometimes it doesn't work and it ask me to pit again the key. It says : verify the key and try again. We have problème connections.

I have purchased a lot of software and also referred many people to buy from this platform. I have never had any difficulties using any software I bought here, or with the people I referred complaints to regarding the usage of their software

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The software failed to install three separate times, despite me following the instructions provided. I paid for a product that simply does not work.

What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Communication through WhatsApp was rude, dismissive and extremely unprofessional. Instead of properly helping me resolve the problem, I was given generic instructions and made to feel like the issue was my responsibility.

I have repeatedly tried to get help and have now requested a full refund because the software is unusable, but my refund request has been ignored.

Selling software is one thing, but when a customer cannot install or use what they have paid for, the company should either fix the problem or issue a refund — not ignore them.

Completely unacceptable service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. If my refund continues to be ignored, I will be contacting my bank to dispute the transaction and recover my money.

Email with the link landed ok. But, not everyone is computer-literate. You need to provide simpler, reader-friendly installation instructions.
