No answer at all
Placed an order on the 6th of September, received the first mail to confirm the order, made the payment (has been taken from my bankaccount the same day), sent 2 mails since then but haven't heard anything back.
Not even going back and forth with mails or nothing, and the telegram link on the website to contact them doesn't work either...

I have not received a tracking link to this day... I ordered on 06/29/25. I sent messages on WhatsApp and emails, nothing. No response.

Everthing well
I also thouht first,I paid for nothing. I contact them by email an WhatsApp, I got just one answer via WhatsApp, but now they answer, but it can take 1-2 days.
Today on Day 8, I got All my items, like I expect in my division. Thank you and. [ I'll be back ]

Product is good, but customer experience is not.
1* review: I paid 10 days ago via bank transfer. The money has definitely gone to their account. They say they haven't received it. No further info and my emails / WhatsApp messages now go unanswered.
18/05 update to 3* review: after a lot of messages back and forth my goods were delivered now. Still 3 weeks between payment and delivery plus the not so great customer service leave me slightly disappointed
