I wasn't taken seriously as a client
I'm pretty disappointed with my experience of this company. I contacted them as someone looking to use their services (end-of-year tax, bookkeeping, starting a limited company). I'm a genuine client earning money each month through an online business and require the services of an accountant. I thought as a local business this would be an ideal fit.
After a good discussion on the phone on the 30th of August, I was told that a proposal would be sent to me. I did not hear from the company and messaged them a week later on the 6th of September.
I was told by the person I had spoken with on the phone that they had been out of the office. Understandable but it would have been nice to have a time frame on when I was to expect a response after our phone call. The call made it seem like I'd only have to wait a day or two.
The email then said that I would be contacted the next day to move forward. I am now writing this review four days later and didn't get that follow-up email.
Abysmal service and a lack of professionalism in my opinion. I'm sure if I weren't such a small potential client then I wouldn't have been treated like that but it's soured my appetite to do any business with them and I will look to take my business elsewhere.
