Issue resolved with a determined customer service team
Here is an update that I would like to share. MMOGA were determined to resolve this issue, and have offered a refund on the code. They have been quite exceptional in pursuing the issue and ensuring things were put right, despite my not being too bothered about it. 10/10 for their dedication and customer service.
