Deeply Unethical Practices and Legal Intimidation Tactics — Avoid at All Costs
Update 25 November 2025 – MN2S Attempts to Silence Review Through Trustpilot’s Reporting System
After posting the review below, I received an email from Trustpilot informing me that MN2S had flagged my review as “unrecognizable” and requested more details. This is concerning, because my experience with them is entirely documented and fully verifiable.
MN2S initiated direct contact with my label through an unsolicited email sent by their Head of Label Services, Chris James. I have the full .eml files of both their outreach and my formal written decline, which proves that:
MN2S contacted us first, without prior consent.
They received a direct reply from us.
Both parties clearly acknowledged each other in the correspondence.
Despite this, MN2S reported my Trustpilot review claiming they could not identify me or my experience. This appears to be yet another instance of them using platform reporting features to suppress honest, factual criticism — a pattern consistent with the behavior described in other public reviews.
For the record, my review is genuine. The interaction happened. And MN2S is fully aware of who we are.
Their attempt to invalidate it only reinforces the concerns expressed in my original post regarding unethical practices and intimidation tactics.
I will be forwarding the full email chain to Trustpilot as evidence of a verified interaction and report it for abusing the platform.
Avoid this company completely.
Original Review Below:
As a label manager with legal and operational experience in the music industry, I was approached unsolicited by MN2S offering label services. After reviewing their communications, reputation, and documented client experiences—including a particularly serious Trustpilot review—I chose to decline. My refusal is grounded not just in principle but in documented fact.
MN2S has a reputation for unethical conduct, including threatening reviewers with legal action for expressing truthful experiences. One such review reveals a disturbing attempt to double the fee quoted by an artist’s management and then intimidate the client legally for publishing a fair review. That alone should raise massive red flags.
I want it on record: Vandalism Label Group will never engage with MN2S in any capacity. Any future contact from them will be documented as harassment and dealt with accordingly. Their conduct is antithetical to how a professional agency should behave. Transparency, ethical integrity, and respect for creators are non-negotiables—and MN2S consistently demonstrates the opposite.
Avoid them completely.

A professional and friendly team who respond quickly to emails and offer a strong variety of services, from setting up brand partnerships with celebrities to distribution for independent artists and labels. I've worked with them on projects for over five years now, and whenever I've had to bill them, I've always been paid in full without question, so contrary to what another reviewer has said, they are most definitely a real company.

Helpful
Been looking for ways to bring influencers and celbs into our marketing. Came across an article on linkedin, that explains benefits of brand partnerships written by mn2s, got in contact and was actually able to book the talent I wanted for my company. Team was really responsive, and guided me through the process as wasn't sure how to link up with the talent an negotiate fees, our new campaign is booked in for a few months time, and looking forward to seeing the results.
Quoted More Than Double Talent's Fee + Intimidation Strategies to Remove Review
I was contacted multiple times by a lawyer claiming to represent MN2S for my HONEST review, threating to sue for breach of an NDA, circumventing MN2S and their agent's commission, and making defamatory statements online in my review. At no time did I enter into or agree to any non-disclosure agreement with MN2S or their agent. Furthermore, MN2S did not perform any services that resulted in a benefit to me or my event. The mere act of providing a quote does not entitle MN2S or their agent to a commission, nor does it establish grounds for their claim. Finally, my statements regarding the pricing discrepancy were truthful and made in good faith as part of my due diligence. Truth is a complete defense to any claim of defamation. Everything is documented to prove all of this. My initial review was that I was sent a quote and contract that was more than double the price the performer’s management told me they quoted to the MN2S agent I was in contact with (FACT).
I'd steer clear of this company as it is my opinion from my own personal experience with them that they are extremely unethical. After my initial review, I felt they were not remorseful at all, but rather had their lawyer email me trying to make excuses for the agent's actions. Not only did they attempt to charge me double the performer's fee, but they also actually emailed me several times (their lawyer emailed me multiple times and then their CEO with a "final notice") trying to intimidate me to remove my review quoting a confidential disclaimer at the end of their emails that was not even on the emails I referenced in my initial review. The disclaimer states, in part, "If you are not the named addressee you should not disseminate, distribute or copy this e-mail." Well guess what...I am the named addressee, and I could share the contents of the emails if I so choose. For now, this review is sufficient.
As a result of my experience with this company, I've learned to contact the manager of any talent I seek to hire directly moving forward. If you MUST go through an agency, choose MN2S at your own risk. My recommendation would be to do your due diligence and see if you can contact the actual representative of whomever you seek to hire. In my experience with them, they contacted the performer's management, got a quote from them and tacked on more than double the amount without making the distinction between their fee and the performer’s fee. I did not think that was fair or good business practice, which is why I wrote my original review. If you don't mind paying more than double for talent acquired by this company, then more power to you. I am not sure if this is industry standard, but I found there to be a lack of transparency, especially since the agent came back and told me what he was quoted by the performer and claimed it was a "discount." I would not have an issue had I been given the TRUE fee of the performer and then told what MN2S’ fee was, so I could decide as to whether I wanted to pay more than double that to MN2S to book this performer for me. Obviously these agencies do not acquire talent for free, but to receive more than the actual performer is ludicrous to me. 10% fine. Maybe even 15%. But to receive the same amount the performer receives PLUS some does not seem ethical in my opinion. I felt taken advantage of and had I not done further research, I would have paid it thinking the perfomer was receiving most of the fee.
Overall, my experience with them was terrible and I am just so flabbergasted that they tried to threaten me into silence. This left an even more awful taste in my mouth. I am writing this HONEST review to share my experience with MN2S (1) because I have a right to and (2) in hopes of saving someone else from going through the same thing.

Hi! I'm a reporter who worked with this a rep from this firm, who helped arrange a timely interview with a client overseas. She worked through the time zone difference to make it happen. Very much appreciated the assist!
Thanks Tessa!
Tessa Harrison recently gave her time to speak in my intro to public relations class. She was really helpful to my students in their understanding of the industry and has them excited about the topic.

Overall great experience—clear and pleasant communication! At times responses weren't super prompt, but I also know that's par for the course when working with talent and waiting on other parties.
Disappointing Experience with MN2S
I recently had a rather disappointing experience with MN2S, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.
Over the past few weeks, I've been inundated with emails from MN2S, all coming from different automated accounts. What's worse, they were trying to connect me with a company I don't even work for! It felt like a shot in the dark, and it missed the mark entirely.
The content of these emails was flat and irrelevant, seemingly designed to get clicks without offering any real value. It was clear that their main aim was engagement, not genuine connection or relevance.
Moving forward, I'll be approaching MN2S offerings with caution. This experience has left me skeptical of their approach, and I believe transparency and authenticity should be top priorities for any business.
Just a heads up for anyone considering working with MN2S—take a good look at what they're offering before you dive in.

In 2022 I paid them to represent my duo. We were traveling from Australia after Covid and invested in them to organize a promotional tour. Not only did I spend money on the campaign but also on a lot of money to travel that far for accommodation and airfares. It’s a joke because they had no intention of helping my duo. I believe they did this to sabotage our efforts and to take down the competition (us) for their existing clients. After traveling to Ibiza and Europe in 2019, where I was making a lot of headway, this was what I endured with a company that I believe plays very dirty. So long dreams and so long music career. For a while anyways. Be very careful. They will pretend to get you more connected and then ask and take your contacts, ultimately doing wrong behind your back. They never connected me to one person company or organization. Only the ones I gave them. I was already in contact with. Absolutely soul destroying experience.
Tessa is AMAZING!!!
Tessa is AMAZING! She works so so hard and is very reliable. I honestly couldn't ask for a better PR.
MN2S Testimony
MN2S Testimony
Working at MN2S has been life changing!
Seriously, I learned so much from the very hard working Sharron, Tim and Dave like artist roster creating, client database building and even live event organising. MN2S is also the place where I became an Artist Booker and started my career, ‘professionally’, in music admin, so I could go on to work for companies like Ministry of Sound, Sony and Global.
20 years later, I’m still an Artist Booker (amongst being the Founder and Managing Director of my own music business, Influential Music), using the same formula I learned from MN2S to build my service, and also recruiting and training young people to be Artist Booker’s too.
I’ve seen MN2S go from strength to strength. Moving from a small 5 people office in Tooting to having 2 global offices, a fleet of staff and a well expanded roster - which includes some of the biggest names from the world of music, sport and entertainment.
I’m very proud of MN2S, happy to have been part of their history and aim to continue on opportunities that present themselves between Influential Music and MN2’..
