Phenomenal customer service. I lost the knife from my set, and emailed to request a new one. Within a few days my knife was replaced and it matched the set.

Product is better than described. It’s excellent! Solid case, top quality cutlery and a metal straw complete with a cleaner. Lots of colours to chose from so everyone in the family can have their own on holiday. I use it for work, it’s saved me from using the grotty stuff in the staff canteen! Very happy highly recommended.

I bought a beautiful cutlery set as a gift for a colleagues 30th birthday. She loved it. Unfortunately she broke the fork so I contacted Customer Service to ask for a replacement item. They were quick to reply. They solved the problem efficiently and were friendly and happy to help. No drama. Great service! Thank You!

Not sure if this will impact on the life of the product (or if the food will fall out) but there are three others.

I rate Mnched 5 stars for the quality of the travel Cutlery set which I found to be the best I have purchased. I have had two travel Cutlery sets which I have purchased from other retailers and found that the quality is not as half as nice as the set I purchased from Mnched. I don’t like the wooden cutlery set’s you are offered when ordering food to eat on the go as it just takes away the enjoyment of the food. I know why they are the only cutlery on offer in the food outlets, because of not using plastic, which I’m all for but it’s not the way to enjoy your food. The set I have just received are made from stainless still with a marble effect on the handle and are the same length of the cutlery you would use at home making eating you food with enjoyment and satisfaction. They come with a travel case and pouch which keep them secure when on the go and stop’s them rattling about in your bag. The company’s delivery service was within a couple of day’s from when I made my order, so not long at all. I would certainly use this company again. Many thanks for a great product and a excellent service.
