After exposing them to your page the next day they send me an email saying that they are sorry and the shipment was lost and that they will resend my order.!So after nearly 3 weeks I inform them that I didn’t get any updates for my order. Their reply was that again the shipment was lost and they asked me if I wanted a refund for my order.!!! I replied that I wanted a full refund and STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT.!!!

After several orders with MNCR Club, i have been very satisfied with my experience and I highly recommend using this site. I also contacted their customer service, which was very efficient- a great expérience with advisors who are always there ans attentive.

MNCR delivered me completely fake New Balances, refused to refund me for this absolute scam and continues to flag & trying to remove my review on Trustpilot. They finally managed to remove 2. They can count on me adding a few more to balance this out.

I ordered shoes from the MNCR online store, but they turned out to be fake and poor quality. When I asked for a refund, the shop refused and only offered an exchange instead. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I’ll never order from MNCR again and don’t recommend this store to anyone.

I have ordered 3 pairs thus far. Pretty quick delivery within Europe. Brand new. Exactly as described. Top notch.

Excellent service, genuine products, and impeccable customer support. The products may take a few weeks to arrive, but the customer service team is always available for you and responds within 24 hours. Totally worth it!

I ordered Yeezy 350, buying MNCR for the first time. I was nervous of all fakes out of there, but honestly came through them. Shoes have double boxing, no harm. Legal tag, perfect stitch, soft boost sole. Distribution was 11 days which is fine. I wore him the next day for Uni, received crazy praise. The only thing I am changing is fast tracking update, but overall these people are solid. Will order again.

I bought 2 pairs of sneakers on MNCR, not only the products are great, but also the customer service. They always promptly respond to any kind of request.
I found MNCR by chance, but now I only purchase sneakers here!

J'abandonne donc la bataille car:
1. NON la raison de ma plainte n'est pas que les sneakers ne me plaisent pas mais bien qu'elles sont trop petites,
2. Je n'ai pas besoin d'un geste commercial qui me propose de garder des chaussures qui ne sont pas à la taille,
3. MNCR me contraint à effacer mon avis négatif sur le site de Trustpilot pour être remboursée et me dénonce pour contenu préjudiciable.

DON´T BUY HERE. IT´S A SCAM.
They sell it with a good price but not thaaaat cheap so you don´t think they are not trustworthy.

So, time passes, you never receive the tracking number. Then you contact them and they start to give excuses. "It´s sold out, we don´t have your number anymore, choose other with no extra cost" - ALL LIES.

They never intended to send anything. They are just stalling you so you can give up. I never give up. I will spread all over internet that YOU ARE A SCAM until I receive my snickers. Believe me.

I ordered Nike Air Max 97 and wanted to give some detail for others. First, communication was solid I had a couple of questions about sizing, they replied same day. Delivery time: 9 business days, which is fine for me. Packaging: came in original box with tags, box had a small crease but shoes untouched. Quality: i compared them with my retail pair and honestly couldn’t tell the difference. Been wearing them for a week and they’re super comfy. Only advice: size up half if you got wide feet. Overall, really happy with my order and the service.

3. Non seulement je ne vais pas céder à ce chantage qui me contraint à effacer mon avis négatif sur le site de Trustpilot pour être remboursée, mais en plus je tiens à afficher cette façon de faire qui est s'assimile à du harcèlement.
Ils ont de la chance qu'on ne puisse pas joindre de fichiers images car ce que je transmets là n'est évident qu'un résumé condensé de près d'un mois d'échanges.

MNCR honte à vous et à votre service client et j'espère que les gens prendront le temps de lire ce commentaire et cesserons d'acheter chez vous.

I ordered a pair of tennis last July 21.I got the tennis 4 weeks later and not the timing informed on the order.Unfortunately the shoes size were not what i had ordered, and I returned them imediatly.
Almost one month gone and I just get mails asking me for the order number etc etc, and no shoes yet....Very very bad service , delivery and post sales. As I had previously ordered twice shoes I am totaly unsatified with the lack of atention and service.I will never order any more articles from them

I emailed mncr so many times coz i didn’t recieved any update of my order.
I will wait for another week and if they will not update my order.i will report them to the credit card.that this company is fake.

It's been 5 weeks since I paid for the order and I still haven't received the shoes. MNCR is communicating with me and asking for my patience, even though the delivery time is 7-10 days. In addition, I read other buyers' reactions that this is FAKE.
