I received fake sneakers, no way to contact them except through a chat on the website. I have made a police report and will be filling for a refund through my credit card company.

This website is a scam!! I haven’t received my order, neither the refund that I got promised since 6 weeks!! Don’t trust this page, you are going to loose your money or get fake shoes!!

I’ve ordered in April pair of sneakers, in a week I got email that my order has been completed. In the last email I’ve been provided with the tracking number but dhl didn’t recognise it. They’ve refused to cancel my order.

Scam – Took My Money, Never Shipped the Order

I placed an order on mncr.club on April 13th, purchasing sneakers and sunglasses for a total of €233 after seeing a Facebook ad. I received a confirmation email, but for weeks there was no shipping info. After contacting them multiple times, they claimed the product was out of stock—even though their website showed it as available.

Suddenly, they said the product was back, and on April 30th, they sent me a DHL tracking number. However, the status has not changed since then. I contacted DHL, and they confirmed that while the tracking number was created, no parcel was ever handed over for shipment.

MNCR continues to lie, claiming the package was sent, while ignoring the fact that DHL officially states nothing was delivered to them.

This is a scam. Do not trust this store. They are taking money, not sending goods, and pretending orders are "stuck in transit." Also suspicious: payment went to the UK, while the supposed shipment is from Germany.

Quality clothing, quality shoes! World class support! I will buy tomorrow again!

I have had a nice experience with MNCR. My order was out of stock, but they were really fast to get the order home and send it to me. They are really helpful and they provide a fantastic service. Not the last time I will buy a pair of sneakers at their shop.

I ordered the wrong size for myself, which really bummed me out seeing as i had gotten a really good discount. I then had some trouble returning the shoes, and contacted MNCR, they responded promptly and politly and we figured out a great solution. I would definetly recommend MNCR to anyone lookin for some new sneaks.

I received my shoes in perfect condition, but due to size I had to contact costumer service and I must say, the services was great !
Fast reply and I am generally very happy and would use MNCR for future shoe shopping.
