MNCR Reviews

This company is terrible. The shoes I have are fake and badly made. When I try to speak to someone for a refund no one helps you.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Fake Adidas Sambas. Took over a month for delivery. Very poor quality and shocking customer service

Very happy with my sneakers, they arrived too quickly since I bought them, they have a lot of variety, I bought 3 pairs of sneakers and they are perfect.
The shoes are exactly as described on the page. The materials feel sturdy, the design is impeccable, and most importantly, they are extremely comfortable. It shows that they are manufactured with a high quality standard.

I bought the new balance by Loro Piana on MNCR, they sent them on time and we needed to exchange them the contact was easy and the process was seamless.

They helped me all the way.

I absolutely love my new sneakers from New Balance/ Loro Piana. Sporty and elegant. Just how I like it!

I found myself very well with this site and I bought it more than once. Reliable and available!

Extremely timely and helpful service with clear messaging and answers to all my questions. I would recommend MNCR to everyone!

We were tipped about MNCR by a friend, an adidas collector, about a sneaker we couldn’t get anywhere else – fast and lucky – and have have been returning to MNCR and never disappointed. Same or next day feedback when we have questions and quick, kind problem solving solutions in case needed. Already looking forward receive the next pair.

Outstanding customer service!
The customer service is absolutely amazing! I had a minor issue, and they responded incredibly quickly, resolving it with great professionalism and kindness. It’s clear they put the customer first in everything they do.

The MNCR team is the best🌟 I found trendy models with great discounts here. I messaged them every day because it was my first time ordering, and I was nervous, but they responded politely and patiently every single day, helping me out. 😅 The packaging was beautiful, and the quality is amazing—I’m very satisfied and highly recommend them to everyone. Now, I’m with them for life. They are true professionals😻 My package got lost here in Slovakia, but I wrote to them, and they immediately solved the issue😊 The next day, I received my package🤗 Love and adore them!🤍🤍🤍🤍

Excellent site! I ordered five times (sneakers and a Moncler down jacket) , love the wide range of sneakers! Service and delivery are excellent. Fast, friendly and helpful. I really recommend mncr.club !! Will make other orders in future, already recommended the site to friends in Germany.

I was very happy to recieve my New Balance sneakers although they where to big. Returning with refund is not possible, so I have to choose another pair because my choice is not available anymore. Not so happy anymore.

Excellent service and quality!

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from MNCR, and I am very pleased! The ordering process was easy and clear. The delivery was fast, and the shoes arrived well packaged.

The quality of the shoes exceeded my expectations: they are comfortable, stylish, and seem solidly built. In addition, the customer service is very helpful and quick to answer questions.

I would definitely recommend this webshop to anyone looking for beautiful and high-quality shoes. I will happily order from here again in the future!

I bought sneakers from the brand “Adidas spezial” and after only a few wears they started to lose color on the inside of the heel. You can see it when I walk and it's not nice considering that it's a brand and the color on it should last for years. The inside was lined with synthetics, not fabric. I hope you don't mind, I'm just being honest and I'd like to get a positive outcome.

Great selection of sneakers, with special models that you don’t find Everywhere. I got the Loro Piana New Balance colab for Christmas for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves them. Great service from MNCR team as well!
Looking forward to the next order.

I had an issue with the size of the sneakers I purchased. The customer service was swiftly responsive, understanding, and very efficient. The MNCR team was extremely attentive to the customer, which allowed me to exchange these sneakers in a pleasant way. I highly recommend MNCR !

The most beautiful shoes, great quality, fast delivery and not least follow-up email on whether the package has arrived safely.
This is not the last time I shop here. They get my best recommendations
