Brilliant service from MN Leak Detection and Plumbing Services. We had an underfloor water leak (the kind you really don’t want), hidden beneath a wooden floor on a concrete base, so we were expecting a big, messy job.
Mark and Nino turned up, quickly pinpointed the source, and had it fixed in around 90 minutes. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they kept everything—far less disruption than we expected.
They clearly know their trade inside out and worked with real confidence and efficiency. It’s a huge relief when you find people like this—wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I contacted MN Leak Detection after my plumber said my water pressure had dropped and he had done all he could to fix it but he suspected I had a leak. Mark came out and spent time checking all concrete floors downstairs and found the leak from a heating pipe joint, repaired it there and then and gave me good advice to contact a loss assessor as it was a complex drying out process due to my property having underfloor heating. Very professional, friendly, fast service at a reasonable cost. They also do restorative work.

Made contact with Mark due to pressurised system in our house continually losing pressure . Mark very pleasant and helpful really up to date with methods and appliances . He found leak quickly which was in the screed repaired, replaced the copper pipe and tidied up . really was a fantastic service no mess whatsoever .

Contacted MN ( found them online) regarding a suspected leak in our underfloor heating, the guys responded quickly found the leak and came back and completed an excellent repair job. They came on the day they said they would and cleared up any mess, you would hardly of known they had been there other than the new parts and a job well done. Did a follow up the week later to check all still good. Very friendly knowledgeable service would highly recommend these guys.
