Do NOT go near this company. They are so unprofessional its unbelievable and ignore your calls once payment has been made. They were very careless in handling my personal belongings, broke my glassware, coffee table, damaged my front door and scratches on my floorboards. They wrecklessly placed a massive hole in my coffee table and had the audacity to question my integrity and claimed it was already there! even when I sent them photos. So unprofessional to the point where we had to instruct them how to place items in their vans to maximise space. Demanding payment during the house move and threatened to withhold my personal belongings and take them back to Leicester. Absolutely disgraceful. Still no payment made for my damaged items and ignoring my phone calls & complaint and blocked my emails! Made my moving day 10 times more stressful!
