An excellent care company that I would recommend.
Good care providers can be difficult to come by.
I found MNpulsesolutions/Caremark in Sutton in ashfield.
They have been caring for my mum for the last few weeks.
They provide excellent, respectful and kind carers. They have catered to my mum's care needs 100%. This is a relief for my family knowing she is being cared with compassion and they respect my mum's dignity and promote independence where they can.
The manager of the care company is very professional and makes you feel at ease with her excellent communication skills.
I can't recommend this company enough!

This service provider highly recommended

First care company to look after my mum beginning with day care, several visits a day. They did a good job under difficult circumstances. Mum had dementia and was non verbal and could be difficult. 24/7 live in care was then required and again must have been incredibly difficult and isolating for the team of carers as mum was non verbal and non compliant not wanting to go out, not even in to the garden. Once we had the right balance of carers and they were consistent mum was content. Carers were trustworthy and reliable. Sadly we made the decision to put mum in a home but only because mum needed the next level of care which this company were unable to cater for.
