Another fooled by the liars. First they charged me 0.5 euro, after a few days 49.99 euro and the next month 49.99..... I deactivated the card.... which we have to pay them every month for life......

SCAM took money without providing any service.

Rip off!!! Don’t click anywhere and do not use it. The service does not work and leaves your search ‘pending’ for more than 24 hour trial. They never send a response, feedback or search update email and the subscription doesn’t show on your (apple) list. Then, they use the card you used paid the AUD $0.90 (which you think is the service cost but its not) and after 24 hours they charge AUD $65 and refused to refund. Hidden scam! Hidden T&C and poor customer service

Please be warned do not use this service. It didn't work. I tried to subscribe twice as no confirmation. Then was charged 49.90 for no service. Be warned. Don't subscribe

Unfortunately, I could not access the service during trial period and my card was automatically charged upon renewal, even after that, I couldn’t access it! Waste of money

I used Mobefind for the obvious reason. We live in Sydney Australia and it claimed the lost phone was in Spain. I did not subscribe, however I was charged $(A)65.00 (about 40 Euro). It was only after I wrote to the company that I learned its trial period is just 24-hours. Most disappointing.

I had to give one star....in fairness I'd prefer to give none! Or into minus numbers. While desperately trying to locate a lost phone I found this site - for less than €1 once off I could trace it - I tried everything! Guess what it didn't work.....total scam - then today 48 hours later my account was hot by a debit for €50 - I'd tried over last 48 hours to cancel any interactions with this unscrupulous bunch....only to get error messages - please try later. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.....they are worse than the Indian call centres!!!

They took R585 out of my credit card without me authorizing this. I want my money back urgently. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this!!!!

I Subscribed to the Service and paid for Multipel Months but I was never given an Account or even Access to the Service.
Customer Service gave the Typical Scam Tactics Answers.

Absolutly a Scam!
We made a Account and was never given access to the Service. paid full Price for more then 2 Months and was never granted acces to the Website or my account.
Tried to Contact Customer Service but I was never given a Solution to the Issue.
Classical Scam tactics.

SCAM. Service did not help. Cannot unsubscribe until writing email to support. Charging 49.90 after 24 hours, before support replies. Did not refund money, even when there was problem unsubscribing services. SCAM

I paid 0.50 cent to locate my husband's lost phone when this didn't work l immediately cancelled the subscription and they still charged my account 39.90
That l didn't agree to only wanted a trial which didn't work
Now won't answer emails looking for money back. All the websites looking for phones are owned by this company . Don't try using any of these sites. Cheaper to buy new phone!

I paid 0.5 euros to find my friends phone which didnt work after like 10 hours, then i canceled the subscription later before the 24 hours and it charged me more then 29.99 euros from my credit.
Update: they refunded me. The money should be back in 5-10 days, very grateful.

Paid $1 as a with a few of my friends and forgot about it, a while later I check my bank transsctions and find im being charged $70 a month for the past 5 months, didnt once sign up or agree to pay anything other than the initial 1$. Please be aware of where you enter your details.
