I bought a mobile Xiomi Mi 5 on October 21 of this year. On the 19th I receive an email confirming delivery of the mobile. They tell me in that email that if I do not receive it, it will be communicated within 24-48 hours. I do it and I do not receive any information until now. I do not have a mobile or my money back. I have written many times explaining the situation. Ask them for my money back if they have not delivered my cell phone and they have never answered anything. Not a word. I hope no one else is going through the same problem as me. This is a scam and I'm tired of waiting. I'm going to notify the police, this is a fraud.

Ordered a camera and received confirmation email saying item will be dispatched in 6-8 days. Payment was taken. Nearly 3 weeks after 8th day.... order status still 'unfulfilled'....
Sent 9 emails.... no response
Made 5 phone calls.... 3 no response 2 hung up on me.
Spent a total of 3 hours in a queue waiting for live chat assistance.
Eventually spoke via live chat today and they are unable to say when item will be dispatched as waiting for an update from their supplier.
Cancelled order and awaiting money back.

If you are a UK resident please do not purchase from this company, they have a virtual address linked in London and are based in Hong Kong. They advise on their website that they will deliver 6-8 days after dispatch however despite contacting them on numerous occasions 9 days after I had paid for the goods with my credit card they were still unable to advise me when the goods would leave the warehouse. They maybe cheaper but buyer beware there is a reason for this ! You will never get your goods and now will have to see after I requested cancellation that my funds will be refunded I have even been quoted that this will take a further 10 days !

I should have checked with Trust Pilot first 11days with no sign of calling back after chasing the order status is unfulfilled which promise to leave the ware house within 3-5 days. I was waiting 3 weeks for my order but they didn't even dispatch it. I contacted them everyday about my delivery status and they just found excuses. At the end they said it's even not in stock!!! I ordered a Google headset on the 8th September. Website said 6-8 working days for delivery. 9 working days later (13 days in total) I'm getting stressed because I ordered this product for a birthday which has now passed. I send them an email asking where it is and they don't respond. I try the live chat feature on their website and they ignore that too. So I phone and finally get through and the lady tells me they have to ship the products in from Hong Kong which takes 3-7 working days, then they have to process the order which takes 24-48 hours, then it's 6-8 business days for delivery. Now I'm annoyed at having been misled and annoyed that the product might now just be a cheap knock-off made in Hong Kong. I send an email to check the product is genuine. The lady doesn't respond for four days, and I'm still not sure I trust her when she does. It's now gone past the maximum time it should take to have shipped the order in and process it and I still haven't received a dispatch email. It's now a week after the birthday it was for and I had to buy something else instead. I emailed asking for them to cancel my order and they ignored that too. So now I'm in the situation where if this thing ever shows up I'll have to use it as a Christmas present instead. I only used this site because I couldn't find the product anywhere else, and it was a UK company (I didn't want to buy the cheap knock-offs from China and Thailand that were all over eBay). Their returns policy doesn't really benefit the customer either as returns are at the company's discretion at a 30% charge unless the product is broken. So I'm thinking now I can't even return it if it turns out to be a cheap knock-off. Definitely won't be using this company again. Steer clear.

I purchased a DJI Mavic Pro at a very low price when compared to a lot of websites. The website showed that they had the Mavic Pro in stock so I ordered (this was a few months ago). The website, the payment and the confirmation emails all were very detailed and seamless. That's where the good experience stops.
The order did not move from Processing for a few days. So I emailed them and they said they did not have the drone in stock and won't be for a few months. I questioned about the website and they said it was a technical error and will be rectified the same day. Even after 3-4 days it still said in stock.
+ I had no patience to wait anymore so I requested a refund and after a few days, they processed it in a few days.
- They don't take PayPal too.
+ I strongly recommend, emailing them to confirm if they have stock and by when will they post it if paid today before buying.
+ Always use a Credit Card.

bunch of fraudsters... please do not be fooled by their attractive prices. I ordered an expensive phone from MobiCity.co.uk and a few days later these guys requested note(!): a photocopy of my credit card and my passport saying that they need it to authorize the payment and to make sure that the item will be delivered to the right address. It sounded like a fraud to me so I asked to cancel the order. Order was cancelled but the money were taken from my account.This did not fit their initial story at all. Now they became unresponsive to any requests from my side. Will be waiting for two weeks before I can initiate a chargeback through my bank.
Wont do anything after Ive spent hundreds on a phone that doesnt work.
In april I purchased a xperia z5 phone. It straight away had issues switching itself off and the screen going grey, i sent them pictures, it is now almost september and they have not issued a refund or replacement, they respond to my emails saying soon they will and then send emails saying the case is closed, i email again and they say its not really closed but just automatically closes if no one says anything for 14 days.... I have had multiple of these and when I pester them again about it they still say soon, it has been several months. Its a disgrace.
As well as this I have cancer, I have let them know the importance of me having a working phone to talk to doctors. They still just string me along saying they will soon get to my case but then not doing anything at all!
