I have app from there and they have bad support now I was send questions from 6 day and still didn't respond and send again ticket yesterday and still didn't respond

MobiCommerce has developed food marketplace solution for our business. It's command on eCommerce technology and features is wonderful. Support thoughout the development process is appreciable.

The whole team is a pleasure to to work with. They are willing to work with you to build your app from the ground up. I am still working with them to update my apps as my business grows.

I had a contract with this company and communicated with them through the process, when we reached to the last phase and finalising everything I had no response at all. this is a fake company which stole my money. I had a deal with them based on my friend's recommendation, they were so responsive and then they turned so bad with no response at all. From March until now Iv'e been sending them emails, when I try to connect with one of them they say we a re facing problems and issues in the system which is a very horrible and unbelievable response. I'm sick of this company and from rakesh jain. I have been told that my project will be done after 3 months of signing the contract but this lasted for 2 years and stil nothing has been handed.

Horrible after sales service. The app is responsive and works well, however its basic and needs lots of hours for customization which mostly has to be done by mobicommerce since they don't provide full app details to you.

They will also charge you a subscription fee just to answer questions AND AN ADDITIONAL FEE for any changes / customizations you ask them to do as thats not covered in the subscription (Approx 500 USD to update Payment plug in). They don't provide you with app details, so only they can make these changes. In the long run, you end up paying much more money with them, better to go to another company and buy your own app which you own fully.

I am not writing this review because I want a refund, I dont. But if you are looking for an app and you dont want to break the bank. Mobicommerce is the company to avoid.

Since writing this review Mobicommerce has also made our app really slow and non responsive and they have reported it to trustpilot as being fake. Proving they have zero after sale service

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Project was completed on time ,all the requirements were fulfilled from their technical team despite some of the requirement were complex. Work delivery on time and pricing is also reasonable so MobiCommerce is a must recommend for your e-commerce platform development.

I was looking for a company to build my B2B2C Multi-vendor marketplace. My inbox was loaded with so many emails from many newbies. Then i received a call from Mobicommerce and the good part is that which i liked the most they believe in understanding your needs first instead of blubbering about the product and features also they have a very unique method of approaching a client through the sales head so in first place you gain a lot of faith knowing that you already know someone on the senior management who can be reached if you face any difficulty throughout the project.

Currently they are working on my project and very responsive too in addressing all our queries and keep us updated and posted on each stage of the project.

I can't talk much about the project but just to summarize i had some of the unique requirements such as referral program in MLM method, split payment where the vendors should get their payment automatically in their respective wallets and much more.

I would definitely recommend Mobicommerce for my future projects as well anyone whom i reach having e-commerce software requirement.
