I had an excellent experience. A doctor in Spanish hospital said im healthy as a bull even though I told her all my symptoms. With mobidoctor, I had a quick 30 minute consultation, and got my metformin prescription, which lowered my homa ir from 3 to 1.5, and I feel much better, too.

Helpful second opinion for TRT
I used Mobidoctor for a consultation after being told by a previous online TRT clinic that I wasn’t eligible for ongoing treatment due to a change in their internal guidelines.
The clinician suggested it might be worth a second opinion at a clinic who is able to base eligibility on free testosterone rather than total testosterone, which is how I ended up speaking with a doctor through Mobidoctor.
I used the blood test results I already had from the previous clinic and the doctor was happy to review them and discuss the treatment options. After the consultation they were comfortable prescribing clomiphene for me to try.
I’ve only just received the prescription so I can’t comment on how treatment is going, but the process itself was straightforward and professional and it was helpful to be able to get a second opinion when my case didn’t fit neatly within another clinic’s treatment criteria.

Not in Switzerland
Great but .... WARNING!!?
If using Mobidoctor in Switzerland, make sure your doctor is from Germany, Switzerland, Austria etc as the Swiss pharmacist could be racist.
Just had a pharmacist refuse a legitimate script because the signing doctor was from Bulgaria. Took 1 hour and a translator to resolve then the pharmacist sidestepped the racist stuff because "oh I was worried you didn't need the medication". Pharmacist are not Medically Practicing Doctors.

Great price But Expect Pharmacy Drama in Berlin

Potential users in Germany: just know you’ll probably need help from the company to fill the prescription
I recently used Mobidoctor for a prescription, hoping for a seamless experience given their claims of providing prescriptions valid across the entire EU. As someone based in Berlin, Germany, I received a prescription from a Hungarian doctor through their platform. However, multiple pharmacies here initially refused to accept it, citing issues that make it invalid or non-compliant with local regulations.
The company helped me find a pharmacy, but even so it’s a bad process. Probably in Germany the pharmacies don’t accept these prescriptions and you’ll have to contact Mobidoctor so they can intermediate.
Other users have reported similar prescription acceptance problems, often needing extra intervention from the company. To improve, Mobidoctor should partner with European pharmacies and provide a clear map or list of verified locations where their prescriptions are reliably accepted. This collaboration would spare vulnerable clients from unnecessary stress and align with their promise of accessible healthcare.
That said, I think it’s still worth it because seeing a doctor in Germany is extremely expensive and with Mobidoctor it costs much less. So even with all the hassle, the price difference makes it worthwhile for me, but be prepared for the extra steps if you’re in Germany.
Until the whole process is truly seamless, I can’t give a full recommendation, but for the cost saving it’s a decent option with some patience.
