They Take Your Money but Don’t Deliver
I had a terrible experience with Mobile.ne. They don’t deliver packages on time, and their customer service is completely useless. I ordered a phone, and their website promised next-day delivery. Instead, the delivery kept getting postponed without explanation. When I tried to reach out, they didn’t respond and clearly didn’t care about my concerns. Very disappointing and unprofessional — I would not recommend buying from them.

After doing several Orders for me and my family
When the order approved, everything goes fast and smooth.
But sometimes they ask too much things likewise letters from my Gemeente and other things besides the evidences I already provided. And this is not comfortable when doing the orders.
After that you will receive the telephone next day and the sim contract will be wel handled. Also customer service is responding and has clear answers.
