A few weeks back i saw an advert online…

A few weeks back i saw an advert online saying that if you subscribe for a year or two then you receive a samsung galaxy A17 as a free gift. Subscription all done and they had informed me that as soon as you pay your first month fees you can fill up all the details and then within next few minutes you will get the confirmation of your claimed free gift but it has been weeks now and yet i am still waiting for my confirmation and my claimed free gift. Thank you for your review. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for confirmation of a promotional gift, and this is certainly not the experience we want to provide.

To clarify, receiving the free Samsung involves three steps:

1. Bank account verification
After placing your subscription, a €0.01 iDEAL payment is required to verify your bank account. Once completed, your bank details are confirmed in our system.


2. Payment of the first invoice
After verification, the first monthly invoice must be paid. Once received, you can claim your free device via: claimjecadeau.nl


3. Delivery of the device
After approval, the Samsung Galaxy A17 will be delivered within up to 5 weeks. Please note that the SIM card is shipped separately.


If you have completed all steps and are still waiting for confirmation, we kindly advise contacting the support team at claimjecadeau.nl, who will be happy to assist you further.

Customer service at Lebara

First I got connected to an agent named Vanessa but she literally just disappeared after the first greeting sentence and didn’t reply to me at all!!!

Later I had to end the chat and opened a new one, this time I was lucky to get connected to another agent Genevieve, he was very professional, efficient and patient, and he managed to solve all my questions and really helped me out!

They need to hire good and expensive IT specialist who can solve my problem. I had bad experience with them and still the problem is not solved.
Problem is number transfer.

Bad provider

Bad provider! Medewerker Screming to the costumer! Everymouth extra 76 cent! And i dont have noting using extra! They call me layer because i say to lebara my conctract is almost finish i have even foto van my acount they say is not true and i lie! The same thinks they do to my wife! I am out of lebara! Guys do not use this provider better use bell sim of ben of rest of the are better and beter prijs! I was wait lebara to contact with me they never do it!!
