A few weeks back i saw an advert online saying that if you subscribe for a year or two then you receive a samsung galaxy A17 as a free gift. Subscription all done and they had informed me that as soon as you pay your first month fees you can fill up all the details and then within next few minutes you will get the confirmation of your claimed free gift but it has been weeks now and yet i am still waiting for my confirmation and my claimed free gift. First I got connected to an agent named Vanessa but she literally just disappeared after the first greeting sentence and didn’t reply to me at all!!!
Later I had to end the chat and opened a new one, this time I was lucky to get connected to another agent Genevieve, he was very professional, efficient and patient, and he managed to solve all my questions and really helped me out!

Bad provider! Medewerker Screming to the costumer! Everymouth extra 76 cent! And i dont have noting using extra!
