I took a sim only subscription with…
I took a sim only subscription with Samsung telephone, later I got a message that I would need to claim the phone after the payment of the first bill. Till then, I try everything to claim the telephone that is till now impossible to claim. I called the customer service several time but of no help. It just seems like a scam to get customers.

Issue resolved with customer service within minutes
I am a Lebara user in the Netherlands and I use my sim card frequently abroad within the EU. I had an issue with establishing calls back to the Netherlands while staying in Italy. I tried everything that was written online from my end, but still couldn't establish a call. I got in contact with the customer service, and a kind and helpful agent, Sharona, resolved my issue within minutes.
