I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro listed as being in "Superb" condition. However, the device I received had multiple dents and scratches all over the body. I immediately reached out to their team via email, phone, and WhatsApp, and also shared images clearly showing the damage.

Despite following up multiple times with their customer care and technical departments, I was repeatedly assured that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up call, email, or response on WhatsApp.

Based on this experience, I seriously question the legitimacy of this business.

I regret ever trusting MobileGoo. I purchased a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, which died within a month despite their claims of "55+ quality checks" and a "6-month warranty." When I contacted them, they completely ignored me — only responding after I filed an official consumer complaint through the government portal.

And instead of standing by their warranty, they tried to blame me, refused a refund, and pushed for a shady repair — even threatening to charge me for “internal damage” without inspecting the device. What kind of company does that? A dishonest one.

Their so-called “customer support” is a joke. They hide behind WhatsApp chats, rotate agents like a scam call center, and offer zero accountability. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

MobileGoo is not a trusted seller — they are scammers running a refurbished trap. Don’t fall for their fake warranty promises or sleek website. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

I’ve taken legal action and I strongly urge others to do the same.

Third class service and fake commitment about product, 55 quality checks you say but do non, battery dropped 12 percent in a week, speaker not working, my order is in return time window but not even responding to my complaint.
Order date 8th march, delivery date 12th March.
Battery health on 13th march 90%, battery health on 17th march, 81%, battery health today 78%.
It takes usually 1-2 months to drop battery health by 1% only, i even confirmed with mobilegoo over whatsapp that the parts and product is genuine or not and your person assured me to be genuine.

I ordered iphone 12 Mini Superb Condition .
Yesterday i received my Order and See Many Scratch in Display also Heating Issue in this phone.

I bought Samsung galaxy s20 Fe from mobilgoo website after 7 days it's completely corrupted then I went to mechanic they said hardware brick or corrupted.and it's fake inside .so please don't buy any product from mobilegoo

Although not disappointing, there was a slight modification on my order (variant). But one thing they could improve is the real-time availability of the devices offered. Overall, it's good to know it's a geniune website.

Good experience

Recently I had ordered an I Phone 5S through Mobile Go as it was one of the sleek and the best model Apple had ever launched. Based on the reviews given I went ahead and purchased the phone and to my surprise, they have sent a faulty piece which has multiple issues like ( restarting, Freezing of the screen, Touch being unresponsive) and when i called the support number there is no one to guide and finally after threatening them to take legal action then some useless guy calls and asks me to send the unboxing videos and and after that there is no response for next 2 days, again after warning them the guy calls me and tells me to send back the product so we can check the same, when i told them i want replacement or refund they say that there is no refund or replacement and says that I have not unboxed properly( I don't understand the relationship between unboxing and the phone being faulty unless there is a physical which is not the case. These guys are a bunch of cheats who are doing unprofessional and unethical business. Please do not buy from them. I am going to put this in all social media platforms, this is not a question of Money it is a question of ethics.

Hi! I received a solid phone wonderfully packaged, and am happy with it! There is a minor scratch on the back lens, however, I accept it, and everything else so far is working well! The communication with the Mobilegoo agents at first felt a little sketchy to me since I couldn't see any official business marks on their numbers on WhatsApp. But I quickly learned to trust the callers since they all started with the same first six digits. I believe a more official endorsement, like official business accounts, and formally correct English for those requiring that language could help customers feel more confident in the company! The agents have been very apt - though some confusing - and I am thankful for their assistance. And thank you so much for the wonderful, sustainable Refurbished Movement! I am inspired by the packaging.

Nice initiative to reduce e-waste and great coustomer support too

First of all, the product received was not as shown on the website.

Secondly, before purchasing I talked to their customer service and they informed me that the warranty policy is just as the brand but for a shorter time period i.e. 6 months. I insisted on sending me an official document for that but they kept denying.

It's only been a lil over 2 months and my phone's camera has become useless due to patches in the camera and bad OIS and now they refuse to do anything about it as they said "we only cover technical issues"

So when you buy a phone, you WILL get the phone and but beyond that it's all on you.

Please don't purchase anything from this website as it's highly risky!!!
