I've noticed that I've had a charge on my bank on the 3rd May,I never noticed this before,so how did they get my details, how do I get in touch with mobile id.uk can someone help me please...thank you

This company tried to arrange a direct debit from my account don't even know how they knew my account details. Thieves they are.

I have had a dd set up last night cancelled it on the spot never ever heard of them said i signed up to them ?? I reported them to my bank what a cheek don't no how they got my bank details and also sent an email to them told them never to contact me again or I'll report them sick of all the scammers about and think they can get away with it

Scan didn’t even realise until the money was taken so wouldn’t of noticed also trade under virgin so be careful people as the woman at the bank said after cancelling the dd they have tried again with other customers to take money as a virgin payment!!!!

Just took £9.99 from my bank without me subscribing to anything. Never even heard of mobileid.uk before they falsely charged my account.

Edit: Just checked again and they have taken a total of £19.98 over the past two weeks. Disgusting.

These are the same scammers like social reporting and they are attached to bad credit loan search engine who then without your knowledge or consent pass your details on for a fee, they are all scammers together

CHECK YOUR DD DAILY AND REPORT THESE SEWER RATS TO THE FCA AND REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE FOR FRAUD

Set up a dd without me knowing tried to take 9.99 so I rung up kicked off wouldn't give me the details of who or how it was set up its fraud they put the phone down 7 times till the 8th time I rung they said account has been closed due to verbal abuse on the phone that's one way to do it and obviously bank notified and cancelled and money replaced these people want shooting they are very trained in every aspect of dealing with people who have been ripped off scammers report report report ip address will clearly see who set this up cxnts report me all you want scamming bxstards fxck you Tina slag

I’ve just had an email from this company telling me about direct debit that I’ve signed upto, I’ve never heard of them and I’ve not signed up with any new company to take direct debit from my account in over 1 year now, they have my bank detail and other informations. SCAMMERS

This company are truly Scam theiving Scum.They tried twice to take 19.99 from my account which I did not authorise and have no dealings with them or require their services.I rang them and was informed that the account was closed.This morning 15.3.22 they tried again to take it again!...I rang my bank and they told me no money has been taken out so no action can be taken until.I was also informed to change my account details so they could not try to deceive me which would be a great inconvenience to me as I use this account to pay bills and order things from time to time.Total Scam artists...I'm fuming.

I don't know how but this guy got my bank feta and set up DD for a subscription. I will do my best to report this so others are protected.

What's more concerning is the fact that our identity and details are not protected and we become victims of these scammers

This is a proper scam... asking for my refund as i never signed up for their service intentionally - They have found a somehow to sell a service people dont want and are refusing to refund DD. Something to take up with Financial Ombudsman - SCAMMERS!!!!

Got signed up to a direct debit with these scammers! Cancel your bank details as soon as possible.

SCAM beware, out of nowhere I start getting texts and emails from these clown. Somehow they had my bank details etc and had signed me up for a direct debit. Stay well away.

Scam... Just got an email saying i signed up to this rubbish and they even told me all my bank details... This is as dodgy as it gets... Never even heard of them till this random email... anybody else gets this random email from this place please report as fraud.
