Went to the Canary Wharf unit inside the Jubilee Station. From start to finish the service was truly outstanding. The fella (Conor I think?) answered every mundane question I had and the customer service level was a joy to benefit from. Highly recommended!

Abdul (Mobile Lab Canary Wharf) was incredibly helpful and professional. He tried to fix my old iPhone which I had dropped in a puddle and, given the impossibility of repairing it, he offered me his advice on the purchase of the newest model. As much as I am grateful to Abdul, I am not so sure, though, the company itself is to be trusted.

I went to Mobile Lab – Canary Wharf to replace my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen. I specifically chose the OLED option, and the seller assured me it was high quality and genuine OLED. They took my phone for 30 minutes, after which I paid and left.

At home, I decided to verify it. Using 3uTools, I discovered the screen was actually a cheap LCD (worth around £75). Additional signs included:
– Yellow tint when viewed at an angle;
– Missing True Tone function;
– A thin pink line running along the left side of the screen.

The next day, I returned to the shop, showed all the evidence, and asked them to prove it was OLED. Staff members (Connor and Abdul) couldn’t provide any proof. They returned my old screen and promised a refund to my bank account within 1–10 days.

Conclusion: be cautious and verify the products they install. My experience showed that the information provided about their products may not match reality.

I've been using Mobile Lab for well over a decade and have always received 5* service. I first went to the Stapleford store, then Beeston and yesterday to Hucknall, always friendly. helpful and knowledgeable, and their repairs are always speedy and inexpensive. I've had iPad and iPhones repaired
Sam at Hucknall saved me a lot of money yesterday when I chose to go to Mobile Lab rather than through my bank's insurance.
A Top Class business

I went to Mobile Lab in Canary Wharf because I read super reviews about their service. We had 2 phones, both of which needed their screen protectors replaced. They weren't available in the shop but, on Abdul's advice, I ordered Full Glue Glass Screen Protectors online and took them into the shop, as they are difficult to fit, especially for the Samsung S22 Ultra. Abdul fitted them, taking great care and with no charge. Service such as this is rare these days and from reading other reviews, others have had similar very positive, friendly experiences with Abdul and the other staff. No wonder they were busy. Good service makes good business!

I ordered a humidity sensor. It came quickly and was as described, marking down solely because the 9cm x 6cm x 2cm item came in box 12cm x 25cm x 40cm box filled with packaging.

I went to mobile lab due to my battery exploding in my iPhone causing it to bulge and have very limited battery life. I spoke to Arron, he was very knowledgeable and immediately knew how to repair my phone much to my delight. Arron replaced my battery in less than 7 minutes!! I now have a fully functioning phone with decent battery life.
