My cat has stomach problems so needs to be on a strict diet, but he's also picky. Mobile Pet Foods stores all of the larger raw cat food brands, and some good quality cooked cat food. Lots of variety.

Always deliver around the same time, helpful, courteous. Used them for nearly 13 years now.

Everyone I’ve spoken to or dealt with at Mobile Pet Foods has been great. Always so helpful and went out of their way on my first order to ensure we got food quickly following being let down by another company. They deliver on time, are easy to contact and just have that personal touch to their communications. I’ve just lost my pup and they were so kind when I let them know. Thoroughly recommend.

Although we have 4 Persians only one was brought up on and will only eat raw food
They deliver once a fortnight in our area which is fine their prices are good they informed me of a timed delivery slot the food was well packed the delivery price is excellent and the driver was a nice happy man too what more could you want !

Don’t bother if you have a cat. Perfect for dogs, I guess, but there really is nothing of interest for cats. Cat food , yes. But you can get that at the supermarket . Nothing special. Real let down. Went there to get a present for our cat but nothing .

Very nasty company
They sent me items I didn’t order - to make up for an under delivery of other items they failed to deliver in the same order. They initially agreed to refund them when I explained I didn’t have freezer space to store the items I didn’t order. However they failed to do so and when I enquired why I was told they had changed their mind! I had to open a PayPal dispute.

It’s disgusting that they think they can send additional items not ordered and expect me to pay for them. All non-ordered items were disposed of the same day of delivery, to make room for the items the seller failed to deliver and which I had yo source elsewhere. The seller just kept yelling at me that I should have kept them!!

They have serious anger issues and need to familiarise themselves with consumer law. Their manners and ignorance is astounding.

Used to visit the shop in Eltham and loved the huge range that they offered. We were gutted when we moved to South Kent but then saw that they delivered to our area. Always helpful, always friendly, prices are good and great service. Highly recommend!
