I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this insurance company. When I needed to make a claim, the process was slow, complicated, and required excessive documentation. Communication was poor, and I often had to chase for updates. The customer service team was not particularly helpful, and the outcome of my claim did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this insurer.

Not repaired properly
Phone damaged and sent for repair, £100 excess paid, phone returned eventually but no communciation from the company as to what was defective or had been replaced on the phone. Phone is now immediately not working again with same issue (wont charge past 1%) so presuming what they said had been fixed has not. Have contacted insurer again for them to hopefully resolve properly this time. Not impressed so far.

Good, clear communication about is what required, also, prompt service. Relatively easy online provision. I would have liked if there was also over the weekend correspondence, to help confirm whether my new cover had been activated, when setting up the insurance cover.
