All my orders have been professionally executed. I think the company is doing a great job! I also think the Sales(reductions) are not evenly distributed. Some countries are neglicted.

They have more than one choice to recharge a phone in Tigo Honduras. They do not explain the difference. I cannot tell what each level is. It would be nice to have a detailed explanation.

I’ve sent money to a Vodafone number in…

I’ve sent money to a Vodafone number in Ghana.I added a message for the recipient. I got fast the message that the process was successful. I called the recipient, he got the message but not the money. I wrote the customer care center , they replied me were investigating and will updated me as soon as the mobile operator replies. Your job is to assure your service works and that the money you take should cover hypothetic professionalism ..

Update: problem solved totally.
The mobile operator unlocked the money.

Really unprofessionell

Although I have repeatedly unsubscribed from the newsletter and contacted support many times to request that I no longer receive emails, I continue to be spammed by MobileRecharge. I cannot recommend that anyone use this provider’s services. Such behavior is unprofessional and illegal.

AVOID!!!!

Paid for a recharge and it was never received even though they took money out of account. When I contacted them at first they just said they have reversed the payment without any further explanation and later on they were saying my bank withheld the money. My bank confirmed that they released the payment instantly. It’s been 7 days now my money has not yet been refunded, it’s still pending.

I wouldn't recommend this site i use it an my transaction was pending for more than 20 minutes so I decided to reach out to support an right after reach out my account got terminated when I call support they're saying my account didn't pass an I would get back my money that didn't came ...

On 03/11/2026 you sent a mobile recharge to a Vodafone Albania number.

We initially received the message that this top-up had been successful and indeed it showed as such in your online account at the time.

However, the operator has since advised us that the top-up has in fact failed and the credit could not be applied.

Therefore, order number 41552843 has been canceled and the payment method used was refunded.

The refund transaction could take between 3 and 5 working days to show on your account depending on the speed of your financial institution.

The reason that it failed was not specified but the most common reasons are as follows;
- the operator was experiencing a temporary outage
- you entered an invalid number/operator combination
- the number you entered is postpaid and not prepaid or not eligible for the plan chosen.
- the number you entered is inactive

We would advise you to re-check the number & operator information again - perhaps confirm with the owner of the phone - and place a new order.
