I ordered a top‑up for a French mobile number, and it doesn’t work. I asked for a refund, but the company keeps treating me like an idiot in their emails - “do this, do that”. In the end, they even told me to go to an operator in France and solve the issue there. IF I WERE IN FRANCE, I wouldn’t be using their service at all. Very dishonest — beware of these scammers?
