Tried to recharge our SIM cards
Tried to recharge our SIM cards.
Money taken from
Our account.
No data added to phone, although says it has been.
We waited 12 hours. Still nothing.
Emailed recharge. They were quick at getting back to me. Said Contact maroc telecom. Not easy with no credit and a language barrier. Recharge Said they would help after another 24 hours.
Left us in a terrible situation with no phone or data.
