Do not buy anything from this store. I ordered an Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro watch. They sent me the non-Pro version instead. They offered me to keep this watch and get a refund of 100 euros. Of course, I refused, telling them that their offer is ridiculous because they’re offering me a product of lower quality as an apology, but at a higher price than on, for example, Amazon. I demanded that they arrange courier transport to collect it from my home, which they refuse to do. I might take the case to the ECC.

Dear customer,
We sincerely apologize for the mistake with your order. Unfortunately, a fulfillment error occurred and the incorrect product was sent, which we fully acknowledge and regret.
As soon as the issue was identified, we processed a full refund of all costs, including the original shipping expenses. Please note that, due to our logistics setup, we do not have the option to arrange courier pickup from a customer’s address, which is why we were unable to meet that specific request.
We understand your frustration and truly regret the inconvenience this situation caused. This was not our intention, and we are taking steps to prevent similar errors in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards,
Mobileshop Team

Dear Customer,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We sincerely apologize for the slightly longer shipping time. During that period, there were several public holidays, including Christmas and New Year, which unfortunately impacted delivery schedules.
That said, our team truly did everything possible to ensure your package was processed and delivered as quickly as possible.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we hope you are enjoying your order.
Kind regards,
Mobileshop Team
