The software is very intuitive and the graphics are very pleasing.
The support team was very attentive and quick to respond to my questions (mine was a complicated and unusual situation). Taking into account the time zone, I'd say the replies always arrived within a few hours.
I managed to restore years of WhatsApp chats from the broken device by merging them with the messages from the last few days that meanwhile I had received on the new device. For me, it was the BEST!

NICE IT WORKS VERY WELL

I purchased MobileTrans specifically to transfer my WhatsApp data from an Xperia 10 III to an iPhone 17.

The transfer appeared to complete successfully, and I received a dialog confirming that the process had finished. However, the result was incomplete and possibly affected by a bug.

At first, all of my chats appeared in WhatsApp on the iPhone. However, whenever I opened a chat, it disappeared from the chat list. The chat itself was still there. I could find it through the search function and access the message history, but it no longer appeared in the main list.

This is extremely inconvenient because the chats I use most frequently are the very ones that disappear, while only chats that I rarely or never need to revisit remain visible. The people I communicate with regularly are missing from the chat list, while conversations of little importance remain exactly where they should not matter.

Then I checked WhatsApp on my PC, hoping the data would be more complete there. Unfortunately, the situation was even worse. Many chats appeared to have been only partially restored. When I opened them, I was prompted to click a button to view chat history from my phone. After clicking it, I could only see messages up to about one month ago.

To be fair, I have seen reviews from users who claim that they lost all of their WhatsApp data during the transfer process. Compared with that, I suppose my result could have been worse. On the other hand, "most of the data survived" is not exactly what I expected from paid migration software.

I also tried Move to iOS before purchasing MobileTrans, and that experience was even more problematic. Compared with that, MobileTrans was an improvement. That said, considering the amount of time, effort, and troubleshooting involved, I would not describe the price as particularly reasonable.

I repeated the entire transfer process twice and obtained exactly the same result both times, which suggests that this was not simply a one-time error.
MobileTrans did transfer my data, but the migration was incomplete, unreliable, and left me with significant issues that I am still unable to resolve.

I purchased Wondershare MobileTrans specifically to transfer my WhatsApp data between devices. The software failed to complete the transfer correctly, and my WhatsApp data was lost in the process.
When I contacted support, they were unable to resolve the issue. Instead of actually fixing the problem or recovering my data, they offered a refund and walked away. A refund does not replace lost conversations, media, and years of chat history that cannot be recovered.
This is not an acceptable resolution when the product itself caused the data loss. If the software carries this level of risk, users should be warned clearly before purchase. The marketing promises a seamless, safe transfer. What I experienced was the opposite.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this tool to look for alternatives, especially if your WhatsApp data has any personal or professional value. The refund offer is just a way to close the ticket. Your data will still be gone.

My experience of Wondershare's MobileTrans software was excellent. It's easy to use and guides you through the process step-by-step. Really helpful when I needed to merge WhatsApp messages from two devices. Happy to recommend it.

They lose a star, however, for some of their practices. Their website says TRY IT FREE. But after downloading and installing the application, there is no free trial. You need to pay for any functionality. Most people, like me, would happily pay for such useful software. There is no need to employ such tactics.

The price is advertised as £17.99, but when you click to make the purchase, it emerges that this is the VAT exclusive price, and the total price is around £21.59. Since the vast majority of those purchasing this software will be individual consumers rather than VAT registered companies, the VAT inclusive price should be published upfront.

An additional item (insurance, I think) is also automatically added to the basket, and you need to remove it to bring the price back down to where you would expect.

As mentioned at the top, the software is good, and I expect it will be a lifesaver for many, but there is room for improvement in some of their business practices.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING THAT CLAIMED AS PHONE DATA RECOVERY. IT DOESN'T WORKS AS ADVERTISED. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. DOESN'T WORTH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. JUST A SCAM

This product cannot recover / restore my Whatsapp Google Drive Backup. I've already send the related log files and screenshot as required and give them the explanation on the situation. They keep dragging this technical problem until its already passed the 7 day refund policy. There's no SMS received and I cannot use the phone call function in the program. NOTHING WORKS

In the end the technical support blamed "whatsapp blocked access to the program" WTH? I can use the whatsapp, there's no issue with the phone no. or my gmail account. I can use it normally without being blocked.

The issue here I JUST WANT TO RESTORE THE WHATSAPP MESSAGE FROM THE SPECIFIC GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP. NOTHING ELSE.

I"VE ALREADY MENTIONED IT FOR A FEW TIMES AND MY REFUND REQUEST IS IGNORED AND THEY KEEP DRAGGING IT.

JUST A REMINDER FOR YOU GUYS ASKING FOR A REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A NIGHTMARE AND WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY

I'VE ALREADY GIVEN THE DETAILS, SCREENSHOTS AND REQUIRED LOG FILES EVEN DOWNLOAD THE SO CALLED PATCH FILES PROVIDED BY WONDERSHARE SUPPORT TEAM. HOPEFULLY THNGS COULD BE SOLVED BUT IN THE END NOTHING WORKS.

YOU GUYS KEEP DRAGGING THE WHOLE THINGS WITHOUT ANY MEANINGFUL SOLUTION AND NEVER ADMIT THE PROGRAM DOESN'T WORK AS ADVERTISED. ITS JUST YOUR WAY OF DOING BUSINESS WITHOUT NEEDING TO REFUND YOUR CUSTOMER

It was very helpful had diferente options to recover whatsapp data

It takes awhile to get the devices connected. Using USB type "C" cable was unsuccessful with many attempts from iPhones 15Pro to Huawei Mate X7. In the end with a few attempts, only work with the connections to Macbook. The transfer is mainly from iPhone 15Pro to Huawei Mate X7.
