It was fairly complicated but if you follow the clear instructions carefully it gets the job done and I am SO relieved that my messages are not lost.

I had a back up from a month ago when I changed phones. I managed to accidently delete a chat with a friend and had no record of it. Watched a video on YouTube, followed her very clear step by step instructions, and it wiped all 15+ years of my WhatsApp. Couldnt connect the old phone to the internet as it would "update" Whatsapp to today which was nothing. This programme allowed me to leave my old phone offline. Download the data and upload straight to my new phone. Now I'm only missing a month. God Send!

Be patient
The app works very well; it took me a bit of time because I made some mistakes and the cable sometimes disconnected when transferring WhatsApp Business, but if you are patient and go step by step you can save all your data and transfer it successfully. Great

I purchased a Lifetime License for…
I purchased a Lifetime License for Wondershare MobileTrans Phone to PC to Backup my old android phone (excluding Settings and Apps) and Restore them to my new android phone. My old files (contacts, sms, photos, calendar, etc) appeared to be restored to my new phone. Total process was fast and easy.
However, my problem is my photos, albums, camera and videos, etc on my new phone were in complete disarray. Many of my old Albums (I’m a photographer, thus my Albums are very important) were empty with photos stored in general pictures and other had my photos stored in the wrong Album. Videos had the same problem. Fortunately I had manually backed up all my old android DCIM, Pictures, Videos, etc. to my PC and using the backup, it took me several hours to completely restore my new phone’s photos, albums, etc.
Also, my previous SMS Text messages had the text, but had ALL pictures and attachments on text messages deleted. For text messages with just a picture or attachment and no text, the message was completely deleted.
I was going to use MobileTrans for daily, weekly backup maintenance, but based on my experience with it, I’m not going to use it, if fact I have removed it from my PC. Very Bad Investment in a total piece of junk.

It was an easy way to resolve a problem that should not exist. I hate that wall garden between ecosistems. It could be cheaper tho... All I wanted it was a simple transfer, not a one month subscription.
