I drove over very deep pothole at 4.30am, limped the car home. Rang for emergency tyre fit, very helpful, very transparent thru every step of the process, fitter arrived at the time given and for saying i rang at 5.30am and was here by 6.17am, although its a steep price for just before christmas it is an emergency line and they delivered good service very polite and saved me from having to have car recovered and taken to garage to be fixed, so highly recomend if you are stuck,

Expensive long wait for a budget tyre
Pot hole punctured tyre contacted at 07.53 as website stated 2 fitters in my area told 30-60 mins so paid deposit of £120 as desperate to get home after a nightshift, recieved call from fitter to say much longer as they were on M8 coming from Glasgow we are Edinburgh so definately not local, 2.5hrs later turned up we were not asked for a choice of tyre and they fitted a budget summer tyre which has terrible reviews for wet weather great in Nov and the fitter put wrong psi in tyre we then had to pay the other £200 for fitter 😱 £320 total for a not so local budget summer tyre. A very expensive mistake which will cost for an appropriare tyre for my car. Not once were we asked or told only budget tyre available but once they have that big deposit you are stuck

Avoid this company they are an agent not a tyre company, who use false selling, pressure selling and trying to rise the price after deposit paid. Paid £300 for a early morning call out to replace tyre promised by message before paid deposit 45-60 minutes, once deposit paid tried to ask for £20 more, once this was refused the delays began, eventually fitter arrived after 150 minutes, fitter informed me he had informed the company he was minimum 90 minutes away, so why did they sell 45-60 minutes when they already knew they couldn’t deliver? When tried to complain they became abusive and hung up and blocked my number, this company disgrace the tyre industry, please avoid them

Great service, needed two new tyres on my car, booked in the morning and they came a few hours later - very impressed, Mohammed was awesome, friendly, polite and all sorted in 10 mins - would recommend and definitely would use again!

My breakdown cover company were going to be more than 2 hours, it was a Sunday night and I had someone with me and was back.on th road within the hour. Very friendly service and the live location enabled me to track where the driver was.

Worst tyre service we’ve ever experienced. Avoid.
We booked two tyres to be fitted at home. The fitter started work without even knocking, and within 24 hours the new tyre was completely flat.
They promised to come back on Saturday, then tried to cancel, only agreeing after we said we’d reverse the payment. When they arrived, they again removed the tyre without telling us and suddenly claimed our rim was cracked — something they should have checked before fitting the tyre in the first place.
Out of nowhere, they added £120 “accidental damage”, plus two more call-out fees (£80 and £100). They even asked if we had a heat gun because they didn’t bring proper tools. Because of this, they had to take the tyre away and return again.
The worst part?
They refused to return our tyre unless we paid everything upfront. With the car stuck on the driveway, we had no choice.
We ended up paying £720 for two budget tyres and a cracked rim, all caused by their failure to check the rim in the first place.

Terrible customer service and complete…
Terrible customer service and complete lack of care,
I called this company to try and repair/replace my motorcycle tyre.
I asked of they can take care of motorcycle tyres and was told yes. So proceeded to listen to all the price and procedure. I paid the £70 deposit and waited.
Nearly an hour later I received a blunt text asking for my bank details for a refund. No explanation, nothing. Couldn't even be bothered to call me.
This was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund. Ive called in and received no apology or clarity on the matter. Also emailed and haven't even received a reply.
Absolutely disgusting service will never use try this company again. And would advise anyone else not too.

I was in desperate need to replace a…
I was in desperate need to replace a flat tyre, so I called Tyre Buddy for help. Initially, everything was ok, it was easy to arrange and pay. It was more than double what I would pay at a local garage but I almost expected this, considering it's a 24 hour service. I was given an ETA of 1 hour, this passed and I called again for an update, the driver then called me and said 30-40 mins more due to a diversion. Again over 40 mins passed still nobody showed up, at this point I began to think I had been scammed. Called again and given another ETA which wasn't accurate, over 3 hours later they arrived. Luckily, I was somewhere safe, but if i had been on the roadside I would of been extremely unhappy.
The fitters turned up in an unmarked white van. A young man hopped out and, without any introduction or hello, began working on my tyre. I asked a couple of questions but it was clear he didn't understand or speak any English, so I just stood there awkwardly until he was done.
It wasn't until the next day I noticed that my air cap valve hadn't been put back on, so I had to replace this. Additionally, the replaced tyre had been over-inflated, should of been 32 and it was 40.
I wouldn't use them or recommend them to anybody. I think if you are going to spend as much as they charge you should at least get a decent level of service and this felt anything but that.

Poor experience
I was quoted £150 over the phone and paid an initial £50 deposit. I can’t fault the fitter — they arrived promptly and did a good job. However, I was then advised that the remaining balance was £200, which is £100 more than I was quoted on the phone.
I queried this with the person who handled my call, who claimed they had reviewed the phone recording and that the price stated was £250. I asked for a copy of this recording (as is my legal right) and was told they would need to speak to management. Six hours later, I still hadn’t heard back, so I chased them multiple times via WhatsApp.
Eventually, I received a short, dismissive message that completely ignored my request to hear the call recording. Despite following up three more times (as of 27/10), I have received no further response.
Extremely poor customer service and a clear failure to comply with basic legal obligations. Very disappointing experience.
