Installation canceled without notification
There was a problem with finding my address in auto selection on a website form. So I have decided to book installation with real person.
Person assured me, that everything booked, and installation date settled.
I specially took day off, because they settled ridiculous time window (12:30-19:00).
And what In the end of whole day waiting?
No one showed up!
When I contacted support, they said that my order was canceled without notifying me in any way!
No excuses, no compensation, they could not even rebook for me a new date.
That's the experience, hope someone will find it helpful, and avoid having all plans fckd up.

Phone number invalid with banks and insurance companies, support team unable to help
Excellent support team however pointless when you're provided with a telephone number that half of all websites including bank and car insurance are calling invalid, for this reason I highly reccomend not going with Mobile Vikings and finding a provider that provides a number that actually works!

I've been waiting for my internet
I've been waiting for my internet installation for three months now. Four visits from different installers, each time we've heard about a different problem delaying the installation. No contact, no information. We've contacted support seven times for any information. Still no concrete information. We've been using Viking Mobile for over two years and have had good experiences. However, unsuccessful attempts to connect to the internet have been a complete DISASTER
