Team was extremely helpful, and willing to take responsibility for something that was out of their control (postage) was willing to replace an order that may have been lost in freight free of charge and with more expensive and faster shipping.

Taken aback by their awesome service I suggested that AUS/UK post is abysmal and to wait 10 days from the date of the email to see if it arrives.

It did, wonderful product and shows the company is willing to go above and over for customers.

The product was what was advertise online arrived on time by there approx time of delivery.

Site is very easy to navigate, ordering was a breeze, support is fast and efficient, no auto reply, simply human.
Very impressed with the delivery time, chose snail mail, still arrived within 5 days.

I've purchased from MobileZap before, and I'll be honest, given the low shipping cost and speed of delivery, I was stunned that all orders shipped from the UK at first. That being said, the website is a breeze to navigate, the range and prices are great. This time I purchased an Olixar clear case for my shiny new Copper Note9 and ...WOW! The fact the product is just perfect (and that I've seen it advertised elsewhere for way more $$)... I'll keep buying from them. Can't recommend MobileZap (or their parent company MobileFun) enough. Just check them out!

Product choice was great and the iPhone 8 cover is excellent. My wife loves it, great quality. Highly recommended.

Ordered a screen protector for my phone. They sent the wrong item to me and when I informed their customer service that they had sent me the wrong item; they refused to send me the correct item or even provide a refund.

I even sent them picture proof of my order receipt, of my purchase and what I had actually received from them to show that they had sent the wrong item to me but still they refused to send me the correct item or provide a refund.

Luckily it was only a $20 item.

Absolutely terrible, do not go with this place.

Great to see someone providing good quality custom fit covers and screen protectors for latest release phones, good variety, excellent website to chose from and a very reasonable delivery time to overseas customers, My new phone's looks are enhanced and it is now protected from any clumsy mishaps, will shop here again, thank you MobileZapp'ers

Ordered Galaxy S7 phone case two weeks ago still has not turned up. Sent MobileZap 2 emails with no response. Tried ringing but recorded message says service to this number not currently available. TERRIBLE.
The order number on the receipt does not work when making an enquiry.

The product I received was great value for the price and was of a design that I would otherwise be unable to get here in Perth.(Krusell brand case) Customer service was very efficient and helpful in sorting out my initial purchase which was stolen.

Really had a grand range of choice to choose from. I found everything that I was looking for in each phone that I had, that there was something available and reasonably good prices and an easy checkout experience with quick and fast delivery!! Yes I recommend and I am very vey happy !!!!

I had reservations buying from MobileZap as I did read other reviews where people had not received their items at all.
I made sure that I purchased the tracking with my postage (which was a little more expensive than I would have liked) but this ensured that I received my phone case.
Other than this I am quite happy with the S9+ waterproof phone case I bought.
