one word to sum up EU Zone and Duc…

one word to sum up EU Zone and Duc Transport in France, SCAMMERS,
On october 10th 2024 we decided to purchase a mobile home from the company eu zone , we signed a contract with 40 % of the cost put down and the remainder to be payed after delivery, delivery was arranged and we could track the progress, we then started receiving messages saying we needed a certificate for them to cross the french border this was another 16.00 euros we obviously we said no but they said if you do not pay this they would not deliver the mobile home, so we reluctantly payed the money, soon after that we received more messages saying that a crucial cable had snapped and could not go any further so they yet again asked for more money which we refused, then the transport company messaged us asking for the money otherwise we could not have the mobile home, yet again we said NO, we asked them for photo evidence but we never received these, after several more messages we said NO again, so the transport company said they would take it back to eu zone, we then questioned this how can you take it back if it needs a new cable which they ignored, we then received another message saying we needed to pay more money to pay for another transport company to deliver, we again said no, and this is where we stand at the moment, so our advice is do not use these two companies they are scammers, in our search for mobile homes we have found that 99% of companies are scammers, they are being enabled by google and face book as this is where they advertise, so be warned.

Mobilehome EUZone

Yes, we can check your Facebook for positive reviews, but you have deleted ALL negative reviews, it's easy to see.
You will not deliver the 2 mobile homes on Friday that we have ordered, we have paid 40%, as you have requested, this is also stated in your terms of sale, and in our purchase contract, in order for you to deliver, we must pay more money, we honors our part of the bargain, but you don't.

What will you do now?

You justify it all by saying that a transfer certificate from the current owner must be used, we understand that, but on your website it says that ALL PRICES on the website include VAT and taxes, so why do we have to pay more money upfront.
The story is the same with others you have cheated "You cannot deliever because you need a document" since you are the only one who can get that document from the seller, it is your responsibility.
I also know the man from Hungary whom you cheated, he never got his Mobilehome nor his money.
Are you really a scammer?

We can document EVERYTHING, I have more than 100 e-mails from you, if anyone wants to read the communication, write to me, I'll be happy to share it.

SCAM located in West Africa, not France

SCAM
If you look at their Facebook page, it states that they are located in Togo and Benin, both in West Africa.
That is why they are so cheap and ask for bank transfer, as then you cannot claim your money back.
There’s also no place to review or leave a post on their page.
I so nearly fell for it as the website even looks good. But it’s the old saying.. if it’s too good to be true, it probably is!

I would not trust this company

I would not trust this company, as the previous review says there are lots of advertisements on Facebook but no reviews anywhere can be found. Neither are there any reviews on their website.

This caused us to question sending the deposit that they’d requested and also because they requested the money to be sent to a person rather than the company.
we questioned their process and asked for proof that this was not a scam. We said that we weren’t comfortable in sending the money and so we would view the mobile home before purchase.

They then requested that we send a 10% deposit only to view the home , we refuse to do this as we should be entitled to view the home without having to pay a deposit.

Whilst I didn’t proceed with the purchase, I can’t help but feel that we had a lucky escape.

Found them on Facebook

Found them on Facebook.
Their price are amazing. Too much amazing to be true (this is the first bad sign).
On their Facebook page, there is no chance to see the post that people leave (second bad sign).

If you contact them, finally they ask you to pay a good amount in advance without real guarantee (Third bad sign).

Looking at the feedback on google, finally confirmed they are a scommesse.

Strange that there is no feedback on Trustpilot, so I leave it even if I am not directly scammed. But I just wish to protect people. So sad to see what the scammed one wrote, and so sad that there is a "company" that seems to be professional with good website, good Facebook page and so on....that still can take money without been arrested
