Fitted quickly and efficiently by Mike. The price was reasonable and much cheaper than other companies we looked at. Excellent customer service and we would recommend to anyone wanting a stairlift.

From enquiring to installation perfect. Lovely guys Mike and Liam they were so professional, polite and got straight to work. Showed me how the lift works and do's and don't I needed to know. I am very happy with the service and time they took to help me as this was for my mum coming out of hospital. Would recommend to anyone.

Great response, great price, great install M-1st great choice. My 88 year old mother was pleased to bits with the install team from M-1st and that they fully explained to her the operation of the lift. Thanks guys

We are so glad we found Mobility first. We needed a fast installation, and we’re amazed that the stair lift could be installed the very same day. The staff were so kind and understanding of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and I could not recommend this company enough. We bought a refurbished Acorn 180 which looks like new and came with a full years warranty. Half the price of others we spoke with. A special thanks to Richard for being so good with my Dad.

Thank you for reacting so quickly to my mums needs. After a bit of research prices and considering mum’s diagnosis we opted to hire the stairlift for 6 months with a pay as you go monthly option at the end. The installation date was quick and there were several tests to ensure it was working before leaving. Demonstrated to us and very polite. Would recommend.

Not wanting to stay in any longer, we called Mobility 1st, from the initial call to having the stairlift demonstrated and working was less than 14 hours.
