The Mobility Furniture Company is a national company with a flagship store in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
How Does The Company Work?
Step 1: If you are interested in an item of furniture, we will bring a demonstration model to your home for you to try out. We have samples of fabrics and upholsteries and can talk through your options in terms of any health needs you have, what works in your living space, colours and fabrics.
Step 2: Our demonstrators take your measurements. Your furniture is going to be made to fit your exact size to make sure it’s as comfortable as possible.
Step 3: When your furniture is delivered, we install the new item for you, show you how to use it and take away your old furniture for recycling if you wish.
Alternatively: Order directly over the phone. Or visit our flagship store in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Delivery, installation and removal of your old furniture is free. If necessary, delivery can be fast-tracked of some items.

My wonderful Chair.
With my arthritis getting more problematic I decided to look for a riser/recliner chair. Its the best thing I have ever done; it is so much easier to stand up and I upgraded the chair with a massaging unit so I can sit for a session whilst watching tv. It is certainly helping me to feel more in control. The chair is so comfy, made to measure of course makes a difference and the service I received was wonderful, I cannot recommend anyone else but The Mobility Furniture Company for the excellent products they manufacture.

My mother had a home visit initially and we were pleased with the level of knowledge displayed by the salesman. The order went smoothly and arrived within the given timescale. Mother is on the top floor of a tenement block and this caused no difficulties for the delivery men who then constructed the bed and removed the packaging.
During the order process the company called to keep us informed on progress and they followed up with a call a few weeks after delivery just to check everything was OK.
The bed was expensive but well worth the money. It's quality product which was built to her requirements and she is now sleeping well after struggling with a hospital bed for over a year. I would recommend the Mobility Furniture Company to anyone with health and mobility issues who is having difficulty sleeping.

Great company, highly recommended
From the first telephone call to the actual fitting of the bed everything went very well. The girls answering the phones were so helpful, as was the chap who visited and took our order. The delivery drivers were on time, explained everything, were quick, and took the packing away with them. Very pleased with the service and would recommend the company. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Helpful friendly staff..
Helpful friendly staff... plus a big shout out to Craig who was very helpful and patient while my wife chose the fabric!
Furniture well made and very comfortable. It felt different at first but we expected that.
A requested fabric swatch was promptly sent for colour matching paint etc and additions to our order (arm covers) easily added.
Delivery men very helpful and sited dual riser recliner sofa just where we wanted it and then gave a demo while my wife used it.

Cosy and Comfy.
My lovely bed was made in record time and I received it on the day appointed. The delivery men were very pleasant and efficient. I have had my new bed for exactly a month and I am delighted with it, most comfortable and am experiencing cosy wonderful sleep.

Do not use. Salesman is very clever full of charm. Chair falls short of the quality my nan has paid. Today I have taken the stuffing out of the back cushions and replaced to try and fix a chair that is not even worth £500. Please be mindful when using this company. The bracket is faulty not to help improve comfort. My nan had her carer present which does not make any difference as customers are not allowed to complain.

When a customer initially calls to enquire about our products we always ask if they'd like to have someone present with them when our demonstrator visits. It would be our preference that an advocate is present at every appointment, but unfortunately, it is not something we are allowed to insist upon. We understand you have been liaising with us on your Nan's behalf and have facilitated her payments, delivery etc and we are very grateful to you for this assistance.
Following delivery, you contacted us to advise your Nan was not finding the chair comfortable, and we arranged for our technicians to attend and complete an assessment. The chair was found to be without fault, however, we appreciate that comfort is such a personal thing and what one may find comfortable another may not - as such our Service team have ordered a free of charge soft foam seat topper cushion and some padded arm caps to aid with your Grandmother's personal comfort. Our team are also booked to reattend and adjust one of the brackets to help improve her comfort further and will be attending on 29th December.
We are very sorry to hear your Nan is upset and wish to reassure you that customer care and satisfaction is our top priority. The topper cushion and arm caps have been ordered and will be delivered to your Nan as quickly as possible.
