Customer Service was great & friendly.
Although the item I intended to buy was unavailable they offered a substitute. I decided to cancel my order which they did graciously.
Website was well designed
I would deal with them again in the future.

This company is a fraud, please do not buy the reviews they have on their page here, I do not believe them to be reliable. I bought a wheelchair for my daughter with disabilities for which we paid almost $4200 and it was too small for her, apart from very poor quality and not comfortable, also very heavy and difficult to handle. To return it, they are asking us to pay more than $807 dollars and also to pay the shipping. There should be more control of consumer service and stop these abusive companies. Please do not buy here, the same thing could happen to you as it did to us.

They snt me a non working fold up three wheel chair, supposedly for handicap. Never said it had to be assembled. Front wheel insert needs Sumo wrestler to get it on. You have to stand on your head to line up the male pokie out on the battery with a little hole in bottom of frame. Battery has to be removed to charge then match up exactly with some side guards...again standing on your head. It came with broken headlight. Customer service is the worst I have dealt with in 76 years of life. This company is supposed to be helping handicapped. BAH!!!!

The week before hurricane Ian I ordered a Delta 2 battery, When it arrived the week after the storm, I realized I had ordered the extra battery in error. I attempted to initiate a return which was difficult because I had no internet and Fed Ex also had no internet. I didn't know if I could return within their 7 day return policy. I did manage to get it sent back, and fairly quickly afterward received a full refund. More recently I ordered a Delta Mini from them, and it arrived quickly and is working fine. Their shipping time is very fast, and had there not been internet issues, the refund also occurred relatively easily. Prices and shipping make them a good source for the products.

This company does not adhere to their 30 day money back guarantee policy. They will do everything they can to give you your full refund even though your entitled to it. I provided videos and pictures of the scooter not working properly but at the end of the day they didn't provide me my full refund. Don't be fooled by the advertising of the owner of Mobility Paradise Trevor caring because he's a Fraud.

Their website claims you would receive your order in 3 to 10 days. It's been over 10 days since I ordered and I still have not gotten a tracking #. When I called, they said it had just shipped today. They say I didn't state the sling size and they have been trying to contact me. I had no emails or phone calls. I looked at my order, and the size was there. Told them to cancel my order.

I purchased an e-bike and a 3 year extended warranty. Customer support is non existent. They have no clue where I can even get the machine purchased. Do not use this company

I really love the glion balto scooter and it came in a timely manner. Customer service has been excellent.

I ordered the top for my scootatrailer. A week later they came back and asked for $399 more. They claim the price they listed on their website was wrong. I told them clearly this was bait and switch and they were taking advantage of a disabled person. They didn't care. They. wanted the money. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Wyoming state attorney. Buyer BEWARE. This is NOT an HONEST company. The address they provide has HUNDREDS of companies listed at the same address due to the very lax laws of registering businesses in the state of Wyoming.

Would give it less than 1 star if I could. Trike came defective … never worked - customer service was horrible … assembly was a nightmare with NO written instructions …. made in China … would not recommend buying this. We returned it and now wait for a refund.

False Advertising! The Eb-1 Pro is advertised as 38lbs and 350W. It is NOT. Its a heavy 45lbs and only 300W and is slow. Do not do business with 3rd Party Mobility Paradise or the shabby GLARE WHEEL scooter Co. Then they'll take 30% when you return it. Cali business. Figures

Mobility Paradise has been a pleasure to do business with. There was an issue with a bracket on the wheelchair and they went out of their way to send the correct one. They were very courteous and professional each time I talked to them. The chair is a great asset and will make mobility easier for me.

My 90 year old father purchased this scooter since he is unable to drive due to eyesight. This scooter has brought a certain amount of independence back into his life. This scooter is worth every penny for that reason alone. But in addition to that, it appears to be a good quality product. He hasn't had a chance to use it much due to weather.
