We turned up not knowing that u needed an appt but was still met with a smile by a lovely young lady. She understood my needs and was helpful and knowledgeable. We decided to go away and think about it. There was no hard sales which was refreshing. Ordered online and delivery was quick and simple. Needed to make mine left handed which hubby did within mins.

Having recently purchased the ranger xl powerchair, I wanted to buy the portable hoist so my carers wont struggle to get the powerchair lifted up into their cars. I had an issue with the first hoist and after a telephone call and an email to follow up a new hoist was delivered within days and the original returned to them to take a look at the problem. Myself and my daughter have managed to use the hoist easily and fit my powerchair, the hoist and a set of small portable ramps all into a 2017 Ford fiesta boot. We could even leave my grand daughters car seat in place, thats how portable it all is.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and no pressure to buy. Getting a mobility scooter was a big decision for us but visiting the Worksop store and getting to try one was invaluable. We even got to try taking it outside and fitting it in the car before we purchased. It was worth the two hour journey and we got to take the scooter we bought home and use it almost immediately (once the battery had charged!) We’re very happy with our purchase and the whole experience, thank you.

Very happy with the inter spilt electric wheelchair, extra battery was out of stock when I ordered the wheelchair, customers service took my details and rang me when it was back in stock. Excellent customer services, staff very helpful gave me good advice on the questions I asked. Would happily recommend motability plus

Wanted a second battery for my wheelchair always out of stock went on companies call back list for when available. Got a phone call saying was coming back in stock purchased and delivered with out any delays great customer service. Highly recommend

Absolutely seamless. Visited the shroom where they were so helpful and no pressure at. No rush and answered all of our questions. A lovely experience will definitely buy from this company again. Thank you very much

Amazing! Even though we ordered an Electric Wheelchair that did not suit needs Alfie in the office was so kind and helpful. Arranged courier collection and replacement with no fuss and with great understanding. Delivery extremely quick and well packaged. My only little thing is no instructions with carer control bracket but Thank you.

Tele very helpful my first putting on a coach and buss on the coach both battery’s fell out, then on the buss as I was mounting up step one battery fell out I called the supplier said send me Velcro but same problem O say this is a design fault had to put a securing strap to prevent as I’m going on a plain and worried loose the battery, bought a cover very difficult to put on bending down to fish the strap from under the scooter. Underwire OK so far out again today. When going along on flat slows down to 2 then upto 4 without me decelerating.

We arrived with no appointment, this didn’t stop us being given help and patience. We were not pressured into buying anything and in fact was offered an older model at less than half the price of the updated model which suited my mum. I have to say that both options were very reasonably priced.

Ordering process was straightforward and made easy by the call handler. Delivery arrived on time.

Good product. Unfortunately, there was a one day delay in getting it here - but only one day.

Great company great customer service and delivery times,Sadly wheelchair is not a good fit for us,hubby had a brain injury and just couldn’t get to grips with the joystick.Dont be put off it’s a great product just doesn’t work for us !

Great customer service, even when dealing with a damaged, second-hand chair. The agent came on a video call, diagnosed the problem, and sent a new part that arrived the following day. He also sent me a pdf of the user manual and a copy of the battery safety certificate. First class service.

Visited to shop in Worksop and really was impressed with both the layout and range of mobility equipment. The staff were excellent and very knowledgeable, our order was taken and delivered the next working day. I would highly recommend you to give them a serious look.
