My experience with Mobit Solutions has been extremely disappointing. The work environment at this company is toxic and deeply unprofessional, largely due to the behavior and management style of the Managing Director, Umer Shafiquel. Unfortunately, his approach to leadership is marked by a sick mentality that fosters a negative and demoralizing atmosphere for employees.

One of the most concerning aspects of working at Mobit Solutions is the unhealthy level of office politics that permeates the company. The environment is rife with favoritism and backbiting, making it difficult for employees to focus on their work and grow professionally. This toxicity is further exacerbated by the behavior of the HR Manager, Ahsan Tariq. Instead of being a source of support and guidance for employees, Ahsan Tariq exhibits an angry and hostile attitude, which only adds to the stress and discomfort of working there.

Overall, Mobit Solutions is not a place where one can thrive or feel valued. The poor leadership, coupled with a highly political and toxic environment, makes it a company that I would strongly advise others to avoid.

The company is legitimate, and not to be confused by the whatasapp scam pretending to be them!

We came to Mobitsolutions with a detailed website layout that our design team created. Mobit did a terrific job of turning those design layouts into a beautiful, functional website that scales perfectly on all devices and screens. Mobit is really easy to work with. We had our introductory meeting in person with Usman, but everything else was accomplished remotely. Mobit completed our project on time and for the price they quoted. Their design team took our design team took our design and improved them to augment our professional image. They have been on point every step of the way and I am confident recommending them to anyone needing a professional website.
