HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

I ordered on the 25th of October, and still have not received my order. It has said ‘label created’ since the 29th of October, and I have not got any updates since. They are horrible at communicating, will not be ordering from here again..

It’s been almost a month now

It’s been almost a month now. I ordered on September 29, the last update was on October 12 and I have the tracking number and it keeps saying shipping label created still waiting on the package to arrive. I am still waiting. Oliver the customer service representative keeps saying 6 days to November 12 and I still haven’t gone anything.
