It’s a great water bottle but……………I wouldn’t call this a “foam” roller. The material surrounding the bottle is as hard as a rock and can really hurt your muscle.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. Yes your are correct - it is a high density extra firm trigger point foam roller - and when using the first few times can 'hurt so good'. We recommend using it in a high back chair or against a wall to start. On a pain scale of 1-10 and 1 being low and a 10 being high - your aiming to breathe through a trigger point knot / adhesion at around a 3-4. Anything higher than that we recommend seeing your training professional to ensure there isn't another cause for the pain. The slower you go the better. I absolutely love my MOBOT! It is super stylish and functional. My current gym doesn't have a ribbed roam roller so this does the trick. I take it everywhere with me!

very unique and great for traveling.
So this product is very unique. I love that I can combine my water bottle and foam roller in one. Great for travel. The only thing I think that could improve is it doesn't keep as cold as some of my other water bottles that keep water cold for 8 plus hours. I'd love to see that as an options. Other than that it is a smart product.

The best
Well I ordered the 40 & 27 oz. Bottles. Upon my first use I discovered a problem, the bottles would not stand up. The bottoms of both bottles was rounded. I contacted (emailed) customer service and they asked me to send some pictures and I did. A few days later I received a phone call from the founder and ceo of the company. After talking about the course of events that could have caused this problem she decided to replace the bottles at no charge to me. With in three days my replacements arrived.
I referee high school soccer and on weekends I referee up to five games. The roller bottles have aided me in loosening my muscles and keeping me hydrated. I have shown these bottles to athletic trainers and have gotten positive responses from them. Some have even said they might order one.
